评价多磺酸粘多糖乳膏（喜辽妥）治疗皮肤干燥症患者的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream (Hirudoid) in the treatment of patients with skin xerosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18-75 岁，男女均可； 2. 临床诊断为皮肤干燥症, 且皮肤干燥最严重部位 ODS≥3 分； 3. 已阅读受试者须知, 并同意签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-75, male or female; 2. The clinical diagnosis was skin xerosis, and the ODS of the most severe part was ≥3; 3. The subject has read the instructions and agrees to sign the written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患者正在参与或计划参与其他干预性临床研究； 2. 对研究药品中任何成份过敏者； 3. 对肝素过敏、易出血体质以及已知肝素诱导的血小板减少症患者； 4. 开放性伤口及破损皮肤、黏膜者； 5. 皮疹局部合并细菌、病毒和真菌感染者； 6. 孕妇、哺乳期妇女或在研究期间不能避孕者； 7. 有精神类疾病、依从性差无法完成本研究者； 8. 研究者认为不宜入选的其他原因.

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient is participating or planning to participate in other interventional clinical studies; 2. Allergic to any ingredient in the investigational drug; 3. Patients allergic to heparin, prone to bleeding and known heparin-induced thrombocytopenia; 4. Open wound, damaged skin and mucous membrane; 5. The rash is locally infected with bacteria, viruses and fungi; 6. Pregnant and lactating women or those who were unable to use contraception during the study period; 7. Patients with mental diseases and poor compliance cannot complete the study; 8. Other reasons the researchers considered unsuitable for inclusion.
