研究目的：

观察Sirt1及Beclin-1在脓毒性休克患者中的表达水平，是否与发生心肌损伤有关  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the expression levels of Sirt1 and Beclin-1 in septic shock patients and the relationship with myocardial injury

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18 岁；符合脓毒症诊断标准：感染+序贯器官衰竭评分(sequentialorgan failure assessment，SOFA)≥2 分。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥18 years old; Sepsis diagnosis criteria: infection + sequentialorgan failure assessment (SOFA)≥2 points.

排除标准：

哺乳期或孕产妇；存在心脏病史（冠心病、心肌病、瓣膜性心脏病、先天性心脏病、心律失常）、急性冠脉综合征、严重心力衰竭、心胸外科手术、胸外按压、除颤、电复律疾病；心脏超声提示中重度二尖瓣和（或）主动脉瓣疾病或区域性心肌壁运动异常（提示有区域性缺血或既往存在心肌梗死）； 由于患者不配合或操作技术欠缺而导致的质量差的心脏超声。

Exclusion criteria：

Breastfeeding or pregnant ; History of heart disease (coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, arrhythmia), acute coronary syndrome, severe heart failure, cardiothoracic surgery, chest compressions, defibrillation, cardioversion disease; Cardiac ultrasound indicates moderate to severe mitral and/or aortic valve disease or abnormal regional myocardial wall movement (indicating regional ischemia or previous myocardial infarction); Poor quality cardiac ultrasound due to patient uncooperation or lack of surgical technique.
