研究目的：

实验研究旨在利用认知行为疗法结合传统未成年犯帮教模式改善暴力型犯罪的未成年犯的心理健康和攻击行为。 暴力型未成年犯被认为有严重的心理健康问题风险，需要在接受司法管教的过程中同时辅以心理干预。许多研究证实，暴力型未成年犯的心理障碍程度高于普通人群，包括抑郁、焦虑、双相情感障碍、心境恶劣和周期性情感障碍。还必须认识到，就犯罪而言，青少年是其一生中的一个关键时期，青少年后期在犯罪方面与刑事司法系统的接触率最高。 这一人群中的心理健康问题与再犯罪之间有很强的关联，这些心理困境也可能持续到其成年，导致其无法成长为心理健康人格完善的成年人。越来越多的研究表明，在中国被监禁的未成年犯中存在类似的心理社会问题和后遗症，他们患有更严重的精神健康障碍，如焦虑和抑郁。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of the experimental study was to improve the mental health and aggression of violent juvenile offenders using cognitive-behavioral therapy in conjunction with a traditional juvenile offender correctional model. Violent juvenile offenders are considered to be at risk for serious mental health problems and require psychological interventions in conjunction with judicial corrections. Numerous studies have confirmed that violent juvenile offenders have higher levels of psychological disorders than the general population, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, dysphoria and cyclical affective disorder. It is also important to recognize that adolescence is a critical period in their lives as far as crime is concerned, and that late adolescence has the highest rate of contact with the criminal justice system in relation to crime. There is a strong correlation between mental health problems and recidivism in this population, and these psychological difficulties may also persist into adulthood, resulting in a failure to grow into mentally healthy adults with well-developed personalities. A growing body of research suggests that similar psychosocial problems and sequelae exist among incarcerated juvenile offenders in China, who suffer from more severe mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression.

纳入标准：以云南各地的未成年人司法项目领导小组办公室推荐的50名暴力型犯罪的未成年犯和少管所在押的250名暴力型犯罪的未成年犯为被试

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: 50 juvenile offenders who committed violent crimes recommended by the leading group offices of juvenile justice programs across Yunnan and 250 juvenile offenders who committed violent crimes detained in juvenile detention centers were used as subjects

不符合量表分数划分以及未签署知情同意书。

采用分层抽样的随机方法，随机序列由R语言程序产生并且进行编码，在问卷筛选符合标准的大样本3000人进行并分组，分成10组，每组300人，再从每组300人中分为10组，每组抽取30人，最后总共抽取抽取300人，300人在按干预方法分成对照组150人，实验组150人进行干预实验。
