Objectives of Study：

1 Mendelian Randomization Assessment of Genetic Variants Associated with Oral Microbiota and Ischemic Stroke Outcomes 2 Predictive Model Research for Tongue Imaging, Oral Microbiota, and Ischemic Stroke Outcomes Using Machine Learning

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①根据病史及CT/MRI等影像学检查，筛选符合TOAST分型法中的大动脉粥样硬化性及小动脉闭塞性脑梗死；②年龄在18至80岁之间；③患者本人或法定监护人签署知情同意书；④缺血性卒中发作后48小时以内入院。

Inclusion criteria

① According to the medical history and CT/MRI and other imaging examinations, screen large atherosclerotic and small artery occlusive cerebral infarction in accordance with the TOAST classification method; ② Age between 18 and 80 years old; ③ The patient or legal guardian signs the informed consent form; ④ Admission within 48 hours after the onset of ischemic stroke.

排除标准：

①TOAST分型为心源性栓塞性、其他明确病因性、原因不明性缺血性中风；②脑出血；②出血性脑梗死；③严重肝肾疾病、血液系统相关疾病或恶性肿瘤；④入院前1个月内或入院后使用抗生素、益生元、益生菌等

Exclusion criteria：

①TOAST classification is cardiac embolic, other definite causes, and unexplained ischemic stroke; ②cerebral hemorrhage; ③hemorrhagic cerebral infarction; ④severe liver and kidney disease, blood system-related disease, or malignant tumor; ④antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics, etc. used within one month before admission or after admission
