研究目的：

（1）科学评估近视前期人群中医耳穴压丸疗法干预效果；（2）评估中医耳穴压丸疗法联合增加户外活动干预效果，分析户外活动与中医耳穴压丸疗法干预效果权重大小；（3）撰写近视干预政策建议，进一步推广适宜技术试点地区。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Scientifically evaluate the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine ear point pressing pill therapy on the pre myopia population; (2) Evaluate the intervention effect of combining traditional Chinese medicine ear point pressing therapy with outdoor activities, and analyze the weight of the intervention effect between outdoor activities and traditional Chinese medicine ear point pressing therapy; (3) Write policy recommendations for myopia intervention and further promote suitable technology pilot areas.

纳入标准：

①学生无其他严重眼病，如眼球震颤、青光眼、白内障、光敏症、视网膜脱落等。②学生民族为中国汉族。③父母或者监护人有提供知情同意的能力。④学生为小学生（7-12岁）。⑤根据《儿童青少年近视防控适宜技术指南（更新版）》中近视前期定义为：散瞳后验光仪测定的等效球镜（SE），-0.50D＜SE≤﹢0.75D。

Inclusion criteria

① Students have no other serious eye diseases, such as nystagmus, glaucoma, cataracts, photosensitivity, retinal detachment, etc The student's ethnic group is the Han Chinese Parents or guardians have the ability to provide informed consent Students are primary school students (7-12 years old) According to the "Guidelines for Appropriate Techniques for Myopia Prevention and Control in Children and Adolescents (Updated Edition)", pre myopia is defined as the equivalent spherical lens (SE) measured by a refractometer after mydriasis, with a value of -0.50D < SE ≤+0.75D.

排除标准：

①影响视力的其他眼部疾病。②严重的全身疾病。③父母有一方或双方，单眼或双眼有病理性近视者。④正在接受其他近视干预。⑤明确对胶布及王不留行籽过敏。⑥其他因素导致不能配合检查及干预措施的。

Exclusion criteria：

① Other eye diseases that affect vision Severe systemic diseases. ③ Parents with pathological myopia in one or both eyes Receiving other myopia interventions. ⑤ Clearly allergic to adhesive tape and Wangbuliuxing seeds. ⑥ Other factors that result in inability to cooperate with inspections and intervention measures.

班级分组：以学校和班级为要素进行随机化设计，学校1分为干预1组与干预2组，对K1+ K2个班级进行随机化分配（K1=K2）。学校2分为干预3组与对照组，对K1+ K2个班级进行随机化分配（K1=K2）。随机方法：为了避免学校班级内的溢出效应，我们将以学校班级为随机单元，进行一项整群随机对照试验，每种干预方法每个年级选取2-4个班级作为一组（对照或者干预组）。我们将使用计算机随机生成的块随机化，以确保研究组之间的样本量相等。然而，由于干预的性质，研究参与者不能对干预完全盲目。

Class grouping: Randomized design based on school and class elements. School 1 was divided into intervention group 1 and intervention group 2, and K1+K2 classes were randomly assigned (K1=K2). School 2 was divided into intervention group 3 and control group, and randomly assigned K1+K2 classes (K1=K2).Random method: In order to avoid spillover effects within the school class, we will conduct a cluster randomized controlled trial with the school class as a random unit. Each intervention method selects 2-4 classes from each grade as a group (control or intervention group). We will use computer randomly generated blocks for randomization to ensure equal sample sizes between study groups. However, due to the nature of the intervention, research participants cannot be completely blind to the intervention.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1. 将数据电脑落实到责任人负责人要把电脑数据保密、保管和软硬件的维护工作，要定期或不定期的更换不同保密方法或密码口令。 2. 使用权规定，本数据电脑，使用前需向该电脑负责人报告并说明理由。同时该机只允许本部门人员使用。严禁外人或外部门人员使用本中心数据电脑。因工作需要使用的，必须经中心领导许可，方可使用。 3. 电脑操作人员要定期进行软件病毒库升级、补丁包更新，关闭不必要的端口。为保证数据安全，未经负责人同意，任何人不得擅自更改、删除、拷贝、打印、输出各种保密数据和相关资料。 4. 受试学生及监护人有权知晓本人相关测试结果的解释，个人测试结果及解释由现场负责人指导后，由数据系统平台统一反馈。

1. The person in charge of implementing the data computer to the responsible person shall keep the computer data confidential, keep and maintain the software and hardware, and change different secret methods or password passwords regularly or irregularly. 2. The right to use the data computer is required to report to the person in charge of the computer and explain the reasons before using it. At the same time, the machine is only allowed to be used by personnel in the Department. It is strictly forbidden for outsiders or personnel from other departments to use the data computer of the center. If it is needed for work, it can only be used with the permission of the leader of the center. 3. Computer operators should upgrade software virus library and update patch package regularly, and close unnecessary ports. In order to ensure the data security, no one may change, delete, copy, print or output all kinds of confidential data and relevant data without the consent of the person in charge. 4. The students and guardians of the subjects have the right to know the interpretation of their relevant test results. After the personal test results and explanations are directed by the person in charge of the site, the data system platform will give unified feedback.
