目的 编制气管切开患者家庭照护能力量表并检验其信效度  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To develop the Care Ability Assessment Scale of Caregivers for tracheotomy patients and test its reliability and validity. To develop the family care ability scale for tracheotomy patients and test its reliability and validity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采用便利抽样法，第1次调查，选取2024年7月~10月在南宁市市区范围内的228例气管切开患者的主要照顾者作为研究对象，纳入、排除标准同半结构式访谈调查人群。样本量根据题项数5～10倍计算，理论上样本量应215例，实际有效问卷样本量为228例。第2次调查，采用便利抽样法，选取2024年11月~2025年2月在南宁市市区范围内的233例气管切开患者的主要照顾者作为调查对象，纳入、排除标准同半结构式访谈调查人群。验证性因子分析样本量一般200例，实际有效问卷样本量为233例。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Convenience sampling method was used to select 228 main caregivers of patients with tracheotomy in the urban area of Nanning from July to October 2024 as the research objects in the first survey, and the inclusion and exclusion criteria were the same as the semi-structured interview survey population. The sample size is calculated according to the number of questions 5-10 times, the theoretical sample size should be 215 cases, the actual sample size of effective questionnaires is 228 cases. In the second survey, 233 main caregivers of patients with tracheotomy from November 2024 to February 2025 in the urban area of Nanning were selected by convenience sampling method. The inclusion and exclusion criteria were the same as the semi-structured interview survey population. The sample size of confirmatory factor analysis was generally 200 cases, and the sample size of actual effective questionnaire was 233 cases. 

纳入标准：

患者纳入标准: ①已行气管切开且居家维护1个月；②家庭住址在南宁市区内；主要照护者纳入标准：①年龄18周岁；②每日照顾时长≥4 h且持续时间≥2 周; ③阅读、理解和沟通能力良好；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① patients had undergone tracheotomy and maintained at home for 1 month; ② The home address is in the city of Nanning; Inclusion criteria of primary caregivers: ① Age 18 years; (2) Daily care duration ≥4 h and duration ≥2 weeks; 3) Good reading, understanding and communication skills;

排除标准：

患者排除标准: ①现病情危重或伴有其他严重躯体疾病; ②现存或既往精神病史，难以配合照护工作。 主要照顾者排除标准：①非家庭成员或亲属；②给予报酬的照护者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① The condition is critical or accompanied by other serious physical diseases; ② Existing or past psychiatric history, difficult to cooperate with care work. Primary caregiver exclusion criteria: ① non-family members or relatives; ② Paid caregivers.
