研究目的：

通过与常用康复治疗技术做对比来观察PNF躯干训练技术在急性期脑卒中患者躯干功能治疗中的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy of PNF trunk training technique in the treatment of trunk function in acute stroke patients by comparing it with commonly used rehabilitation therapy techniques.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合中华医学会神经病学分会、中华医学会神经病学分会脑血管学组修订的《中国各类脑血管病诊断要点（2019）》中关于缺血性脑卒中（脑梗死）和脑出血的诊断标准，经CT或MRI证实； 2.首次发病； 3.年龄35-70岁； 4.病情稳定且病程≤30天； 5.知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction) and cerebral hemorrhage in the revised "Diagnosis Points for Various Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019)" by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Cerebrovascular Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, confirmed by CT or MRI; 2. First onset of disease; 3. Age 35-70 years old; 4. The condition is stable and the course of disease is less than 30 days; 5. Informed consent;

排除标准：

1.蛛网膜下腔出血、颅脑手术后； 2.有严重失语、认知障碍或痴呆，不能配合治疗者； 3.小脑功能或前庭功能障碍者； 4.合并严重心、肺、肝、肾疾病者； 5.B超检查有下肢静脉血栓者 6.心肺功能排除标准：心功能Ⅱ级及以上 7.患者近3 个月内曾参加其它临床试验； 8.恶性肿瘤； 9.有气管切管未封闭患者； 10.精神病、严重骨质疏松患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subarachnoid hemorrhage, craniocerebral surgery; 2. Severe aphasia, cognitive impairment or dementia, unable to cooperate with treatment; 3. Cerebellar or vestibular dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney disease; 5. Patients with lower limb deep vein thrombosis as determined by ultrasound; 6. Exclusion criteria for cardiopulmonary function: cardiac function grade II or higher; 7. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months; 8. Malignant tumors; 9. Patients with tracheotomy tube not closed; 10. Patients with mental illness, severe osteoporosis;
