研究目的：

（1）了解产科护士横向暴力现状；（2）评估产科护士心理授权水平；（3）探索产科护士横向暴力的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Understand the status of horizontal violence among obstetric nurses; (2) Evaluate the level of psychological empowerment of obstetric nurses; (3) Explore the influencing factors of horizontal violence by obstetric nurses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）已取得护士执业资格证的产科护士；（2）产科护士工作时间为3个月以上者；（3）自愿参与本课题调查研究产科护士。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Obstetric nurses who have obtained the nurse practicing certificate; (2) Obstetric nurses who had worked in obstetrics for more than three months; an volunteer to participate in the study of obstetric nurses.

排除标准：

（1）因休假、进修等原因离开岗位的产科护士；（2）在产科进修的产科护士；（3）存有明确心理疾病的产科护士。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Obstetric nurses who leave their posts due to leave, study or other reasonss; (2) A maternity nurse who is studying in obstetrics; (3) A maternity nurse with a definite mental illness.
