纳入标准：

1.符合《中国帕金森病的诊断标准（2016版）》； 2.签署知情同意书； 3. H&Y≤4期; 4.右利手

Inclusion criteria

1Meets the Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease in China (2016 Edition); 2Signed informed consent; 3H&Y≤4; 4Right hand

排除标准：

1.MRI扫描有卒中史或颅内病变者; 2.被诊断患有其他神经系统疾病，如阿尔茨海默病和脑炎; 3.无法完成神经认知评估; 4.左撇子; 5. MRI或rTMS禁忌症; 6.拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. MRI scan with a history of stroke or intracranial lesions; 2. Diagnosed with other neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease and encephalitis; 3,.Inability to complete neurocognitive assessments; 4. Left hand 5. MRI or rTMS contraindications 6. Refusal to sign informed consent
