研究目的:

1.本研究对国际上该领域研究的理论架构、方法学体系、测量手段以及研究范式等进行系统梳理,为今后国内该领域研究提供参考。 2.通过随机对照实验研究,探究在绿色锻炼环境中,多感官刺激的不同顺序组合对青少年注意力水平的影响。 3.分析环境偏好、好奇性心理等个体因素对锻炼者注意力效果的影响,为今后该研究领域中混杂因素的协变量调整和个性化干预方案制定提供参考。  

Objectives of Study:

1. This study systematically reviews the theoretical framework, methodological system, measurement methods and research paradigms of international research in this field, so as to provide reference for future research in this field in China. 2. To explore the effects of different sequential combinations of multisensory stimuli on adolescent attention levels in a green exercise environment through randomized controlled experiments. 3. To analyze the influence of individual factors such as environmental preference and curiosity psychology on the attention effect of exercisers, so as to provide a reference for the covariate adjustment of confounding factors and the formulation of personalized intervention programs in this research field in the future.

纳入标准:

1、由于研究的需要,参与人员以初一至初二在校学生为主要人群,而对于受试者居住地址和工作场所要求是不能在测试地点附近,日常很少或基本没有前往测试地点游玩。 2、对于受试者的健康要求是无色盲、色弱(募集样本时前需进行现场筛查),没有确诊的慢性非传染性疾病及其他疾病,无医嘱限制身体锻炼的人群,身体健康,四肢活动能力正常,近期无身体健康异常情况; 3.测试者还需要符合PAR-Q问卷允许参加测试的标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Due to the needs of the study, the participants are mainly students from the first to the second year of junior high school, and the requirements for the residential address and workplace of the subjects are that they cannot be near the test site, and they rarely or basically do not go to the test site every day. 2. The health requirements for the subjects are no color blindness, color deficiency (on-site screening is required before collecting samples), no confirmed chronic non-communicable diseases and other diseases, no medical advice to restrict physical exercise, good health, normal limb mobility, and no recent physical health abnormalities; 3. Testers will also need to meet the criteria for the PAR-Q questionnaire to be allowed to take the test.

排除标准:

(1)排除色盲和色弱群体人群。 (2)排除确诊的慢性传染性疾病及其他疾病人群。 (3)排除医嘱限制身体锻炼的人群。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Excluding people with color blindness and color deficiency. (2) Excluded people with confirmed chronic infectious diseases and other diseases. (3) Exclude people who are restricted by doctors' orders to exercise their physical exercise.
