研究目的：

对于腹腔镜子宫切除术，术中应用右美托咪定是否有利于降低术后肠梗阻的发生尚未有定论，本实验的目的即为探寻腹腔镜子宫切除术中应用右美托咪定是否有利于术后胃肠功能恢复。  

Objectives of Study：

There is no consensus on whether the use of dexmedetomidine during laparoscopic hysterectomy is beneficial for reducing postoperative intestinal obstruction. The purpose of this experiment is to explore whether the use of dexmedetomidine during laparoscopic hysterectomy is beneficial for postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）拟择期行腹腔镜子宫切除手术患者； （2）ASA 分级为I-II 级患者； （3）身体质量指数（Body mass index，BMI）18-25kg/m2 ； （4）30-65周岁

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients planning to undergo laparoscopic hysterectomy on a scheduled date (2) ASA classification as I-II level patients (3) Body mass index, BMI)18-25kg/m2 ; (4) 30-65 years old

排除标准：

（1）患者拒绝 （2）BMI指数>30 kg/m2 （3）ASA > II级 （4）急诊手术 （5）严重心、肺、脑、肝、肾功能不全； （6）对本研究涉及的药物有过敏者； （7）合并内分泌疾病或免疫性疾病； （8）长期服用免疫抑制剂或糖皮质激素者； （9）精神疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patient Refusal (2) BMI index>30 kg/m2 (3) ASA>Level II (4) Emergency surgery (5) Severe heart, lung, brain, liver, and kidney dysfunction (6) Individuals with allergies to the drugs involved in this study (7) Concomitant endocrine or immune disorders (8) Long term use of immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids (9) Mental illness patients
