研究目的：

低白蛋白血症对术后结局的影响已经被多项研究所证实，低白蛋白血症是术后死亡和并发症的危险因素。然而，在中国，观察低白蛋白血症与肝切除或肝移植术后并发症之间的相关性的真实世界数据有限。对于接受肝切除或肝移植的中国HCC患者，本研究首次探讨了术前血清白蛋白水平对术后结局的影响，并首次研究HA对术后结局的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The impact of hypoalbuminemia on postoperative outcomes has been the subject of several investigations which agreed that hypoalbuminemia is an important risk factor for mortality and morbidity after various types of surgical operations. Unfortunately, there are limited real-world data to establish the correlation between hypoalbuminemia and hepatectomy/LT postoperative complications in China. For Chinese HCC patients undergoing hepatectomy/LT, the present study is the first to focus on exploring the effect of the preoperative serum albumin concentration on outcomes after operations and the first to investigate the impact of HA on postoperative complications.

纳入标准：

1.① 经组织细胞学或临床标准确诊为HCC患者，不分性别； ② 2021年1月1日至2021年12月31日期间在中山医院接受过首次肝切除术或肝移植术的HCC患者； ③ 索引日期时年龄≥18岁，； ④ 手术前7天内有血清白蛋白值的HCC患者； ⑤ 豁免知情同意的HCC患者。；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who diagnosed with HCC confirmed by histology/cytology or clinically criteria, regardless of gender 2.HCC Patients who had received the first hepatectomy or LT at Zhongshan Hospital between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 3.Age ≥18 years at time of index date 4.HCC patients who had the value of serum albumin within 7 days prior to the surgery 5.HCC patients who had exemption of informed consent;

排除标准：

1.有转移或其他恶性肿瘤的HCC患者；

1.HCC Patients with extrahepatic metastasis or other malignant tumours;
