探讨体外高频热疗技术联合运动干预对 KOA 的疗效及机制，为 KOA 的非药物治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect and mechanism of in vitro high frequency hyperthermia combined with exercise intervention on KOA, and to provide theoretical basis for non-drug treatment of KOA.

纳入标准：

采用 2007 年版中国骨关节炎诊治指南中膝 OA 诊断标准，即 1、近 1 个月内反复膝关节疼痛 X 线片(站立或负重位)示关节间隙变窄，软骨下骨硬化和(或)囊性变；2、关节缘骨赘形成关节液(至少 2 次)清亮、黏稠；3、WBC<2000 个/m；4、中老年患者≥40 岁；5、晨僵<30min；6、活动时有骨摩擦音(感)。符合 1+2+4 条或1+3+5+6+4 条或 1+4+5+6+4条，可以纳入组。

Inclusion criteria

The diagnostic criteria for knee OA in the 2007 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis were adopted, i. e., 1.repeated radiographs of knee pain (standing or weight-bearing position) within the past 1 month showed narrowing of the joint space, subchondral sclerosis and/or cystic changes; 2. Joint fluid formed by osteophytes at the joint border (at least 2 times) is clear and viscous; 3. WBC<2000 PCS /m; 4. Middle-aged and elderly patients ≥40 years old; 5, morning stiffness <30min; 6. There is bone frictional sound (feeling) during activity. Those who meet the requirements of 1+2+4 or 1+3+5+6+4 or 1+4+5+6+4 can be included in the group.

排除标准：

1、膝关节外伤、手术及关节镜操作病史；2、免疫性疾病及免疫相关性关节炎，如类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、反应性关节炎、银屑病性关节炎等；3、急性及慢性感染性关节炎、结核、血液性及代谢性 疾病；4、近期接受全身性皮质类固醇关节腔内药物注射及其他相关药物治疗者；5、MRI 检查禁忌及不能配合完成检查的参与者，例如严重的肾功能损害、怀孕、原位金属植入物和幽闭恐惧症；6、由于关节抽吸后出血风险增加，使用华法林的参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of knee trauma, surgery and arthroscopic operation; 2. Immune diseases and immune-related arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, reactive arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, etc; 3, acute and chronic infectious arthritis, tuberculosis, blood and metabolic illness; 4. Recently received systemic corticosteroid intra-articular drug injection and other related drug treatments; 5. Participants who are contraindicated with MRI and unable to complete the examination, such as severe renal impairment, pregnancy, in-situ metal implants, and claustrophobia; 6, due to the increased risk of bleeding after joint aspiration, participants using warfarin.
