研究目的：

尽管碘油灌注可能与女性生育能力有关，但没有足够的证据来证明这一点。而且现阶段，对于碘油灌注对妊娠的影响多数集中在不明原因不孕的患者中，碘油灌注对胚胎着床是否有影响暂无定论，是否与RIF的妊娠结局相关暂无相关研究。而现今在临床上，碘油造影已然成为生育检查的重要组成部分，对不孕症临床诊断具有重要意义。因此，临床上亟需更多的研究以明确碘油造影对RIF患者妊娠结局的影响，以期成为治疗RIF患者的一种简单、低成本、微创的治疗手段。  

Objectives of Study：

Although lipiodol infusion may be related to female fertility, there is insufficient evidence to prove this. Moreover, at present, the impact of lipiodol infusion on pregnancy is mostly concentrated in patients with unexplained infertility. There is currently no consensus on whether lipiodol infusion has an impact on embryo implantation and whether it is related to the pregnancy outcome of RIF. Nowadays, in clinical practice, lipiodol imaging has become an important component of fertility testing, which is of great significance for the clinical diagnosis of infertility. Therefore, more research is urgently needed in clinical practice to clarify the impact of lipiodol imaging on pregnancy outcomes in patients with RIF, in order to become a simple, low-cost, and minimally invasive treatment method for RIF patients.

纳入标准：

(1)年龄 20-40 岁; (2)诊断为RIF（胚胎种植失败次数≥3次）； (3)男女双方染色体正常；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 20-40 years old; (2) Diagnosed as RIF (embryo implantation failure frequency ≥ 3 times); (3) Both male and female chromosomes are normal;

排除标准：

(1)排除复发性流产患者； (2)排除输卵管积水患者； (3)排除生殖道畸形患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Excluding patients with recurrent miscarriage; (2) Exclude patients with hydrosalpinx; (3) Excluding patients with reproductive tract abnormalities;
