比较老年患者接受瑞马唑仑静脉麻醉与丙泊酚静脉麻醉术后第一天QoR-15  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of QoR-15 on the first day after surgery between remimazolam and propofol intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟全身麻醉下腹腔镜全子宫切除患者； 2.ASA I至III级； 3. 年龄≥60岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy under general anesthesia; 2. ASA I - III; 3. Age ≥ 60years old.

排除标准：

1.对瑞马唑仑或丙泊酚药物过敏史； 2.目前正在使用镇静阿片类药物或睡眠辅助药物； 3.酒精依赖； 4.精神或神经系统疾病； 5.文盲； 6.BMI > 30 kg/m2； 7.患者拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of allergies to remimazolam or propofol; 2. Currently using sedative opioid drugs or sleep aids; 3. Alcohol dependence; 4. Mental or neurological disorders; 5. Illiteracy; 6. BMI>30 kg/m2; 7. The patient refuses.
