研究目的：

比较以基于移动健康技术的“医防结合”、“上下联动”、危险因素共管的综合管理与常规管理对于中国首发急性缺血性脑卒中患者复发率、心血管事件死亡率和全因死亡率的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the effects of comprehensive management based on mobile health technology, including "medical prevention integration", "upper and lower linkage", and risk factor co management, with conventional management on the recurrence rate, cardiovascular event mortality, and all-cause mortality rate of first-episode acute ischemic stroke patients in China.

纳入标准：

1. 本地区常驻户籍居民（1年在本地区居住时间≥6个月）； 2. 2年内无移居或外出打工打算； 3. 自愿参加并签署知情同意书； 4. 首发急性缺血性卒中、经电子计算机断层扫描或磁共振成像确诊、发病后72h内入院； 5. 有1项主要的神经系统症状和体征（累及≥2个躯体部位的偏瘫、累及≥2躯体部位的一侧麻木、同向偏盲、失语）或2项次要的神经系统症状和体征（复视、眩晕或步态异常、构音困难或吞咽困难或发音困难）并持续≥24h。

Inclusion criteria

1. Residents with permanent residence registration in the region (1 year residence in the region for more than 6 months); 2. There is no plan to emigrate or work outside within 2 years; 3. Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent; 4. Initial acute ischemic stroke, confirmed by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging, hospitalized within 72 hours after onset; 5. There were one main nervous system symptoms and signs (hemiplegia involving more than two body parts, numbness involving one side of more than two body parts, homonymous hemianopia, aphasia) or two secondary nervous system symptoms and signs (diplopia, vertigo or gait abnormality, dysarthria or dysphagia or dysphonia) and lasted for more than 24 hours.

排除标准：

1.无法签署知情同意书 2.恶性肿瘤正在接受治疗且预期寿命<2年（由研究组医师判断） 3.孕妇，正在尝试受孕，或有生育可能且未采取避孕措施 4.已经确诊的精神病患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to sign a consent form; 2. Malignant tumor undergoing treatment and life expectancy (to judge by the professional doctor) < 2 years; 3. Pregnant women, are trying to conceive, or may have fertility without contraception measures; 4. psychopath.
