通过临床实验分析限时饮食对PCOS 患者MCH、自噬标记蛋白水平以及胰岛素抵抗的影响及相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The influence and correlation of time-restricted fasting on MCH, autophagy-related proteins levels, and insulin resistance in PCOS patients were analyzed by clinical experiments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）根据2003年鹿特丹标准诊断为多囊卵巢综合征的患者 （2）行高胰岛素-正葡萄糖钳夹检查具有胰岛素抵抗的患者

Inclusion criteria

(1)Patients diagnosed with PCOS according to the 2003 Rotterdam criteria (2)Hyperinsulinemic-positive glucose clamp was performed to examine patients with insulin resistance

排除标准：

（1）近6月来使用减重药物的患者（二甲双胍除外） （2）明确诊断为糖尿病的患者 （3）有严重的心脑血管疾病，肝肾功能障碍、恶性肿瘤及其他严重器质性疾病者； （4）既往有滥用药物史、酗酒者； （5）6个月内有外伤、手术、合并严重急、慢性感染者； （6）合并有肝炎、结核等传染性疾病者； （7）妊娠及在哺乳期的患者； （8）不能合作、不配合的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients using weight loss drugs in the last 6 months (except metformin) (2)Patients with a definite diagnosis of diabetes mellitus (3)Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, malignant tumors and other serious organic diseases; (4)Previous history of drug abuse, alcoholism; (5)Traumatic, surgery, severe acute and chronic infection within 6 months; (6)Patients with hepatitis, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases; (7)Pregnancy and in lactating patients (8)Patients who cannot cooperate or do not cooperate

每日进食窗口为上午 8 时至下午 4 时，只有非热量饮料被允许在饮食窗口之外。参与者无需调整食物种类，每日膳食卡路里摄入量尽可能与基线期水平保持一致。由观察员对参与者进行每周一次的电话随访以及每日的微信督促，以监测任何不良事件，提供合理支持与饮食指导。

Intervention：

The daily feeding window was from 8 am to 4 pm, and only non-caloric beverages were allowed outside the dietary window. Participants did not need to adjust for food categories, and daily dietary calorie intake remained as consistent as possible with baseline levels. Participants were followed up weekly by phone and daily by wechat by observers to monitor any adverse events and provide reasonable support and dietary instructions.
