研究目的：

观察内镜下切开术后局部注射博来霉素在预防术后复发中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the effectiveness of bleomycin intralesional injection after Endoscopic Stricturotomy in preventing stricture recurrence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75周岁，性别不限；
2.确诊为克罗恩病；
3.肛管直肠狭窄，普通胃镜不能通过（直肠8.9mm）；
4.伴有临床症状（血便、肛周疼痛，便秘，大便失禁，肠梗阻症状）；
5.患者同意接受内镜下治疗，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-75 years old;
2. Confirmation crohn's disease
3. Anorectal stricture and confirmed by the inability of the gastroscope (diameter 8.9 mm) to pass through the lumen.
4. Accompanied by clinical symptoms (bloody diarrheaconstipation, perineal pain, incontinence and/or intestinal obstruction symptoms);
5. The patient agreed to receive endoscopic treatment in our hospital and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重共存病；
2.恶性肿瘤；
3.妊娠或近期有妊娠意愿；
4.合并肛周感染；
5.近端肠管已行造口；.
6内镜诊疗禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe coexistence diseases;
2.Malignant tumor;
3.Pregnancy or recent pregnancy intention;
4.Perianal infection;
5.The proximal bowel has been ostomed;
6.Contraindications to endoscopic treatment.

设盲对象包括本研究中的受方试者、医护人员。由不参加本研究的上海第九人民医院临床研究中心工作人员进行采用数字随机表法，将入选病人分为内镜下切开+局部注射博来霉素组（ES+局部注射组，n=35）和内镜下切开组（ES组，n=35）。

All participants and researchers will be blinded from treatment assignment until trial completion. A random number table was used to generate the random number sequence by an independent statistician at the Shanghai 9th People's Hospital.
