研究目的：

通过虚拟认知症友好社区的支持干预，与对照组相比认知症照护者可以有效减轻照护负担、提高生活质量、缓解其焦虑和抑郁的严重程度。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the support intervention of virtual cognitive-friendly communities, cognitive caregivers can effectively reduce the care burden, improve the quality of life, and reduce the severity of anxiety and depression compared with the control group.

纳入标准：

认知症家庭照护者纳入标准：1.作为照护者>=3个月，每天照护患者工作>=8小时，每周照护患者>=5天 ；2.可以用中文书写；3.具备一部4G/5G智能手机；4.可使用WI-FI信号。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria for family caregivers with cognitive disorders were as follows: 1. Worked as caregivers >=3 months, cared for patients >=8 hours a day, cared for patients >=5 days a week; 2. 2. Can be written in Chinese; 3. Have a 4G/5G smartphone; 4. WI-FI signal available.

排除标准：

排除标准为：1.具备医学、护理、心理学的教育或工作背景；2.具有已确诊的抑郁或焦虑症。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are: 1. Education or work background in medicine, nursing, or psychology; 2. Have diagnosed depression or anxiety disorder.

干预组注册并登录“虚拟认知症友好社区”app，每周完成10分钟的基于虚拟游戏的知识和技能培训，每周参加一次小组分享会，每周收到一个作业平衡评估报告；每周用积分兑换30分钟的远程情绪疏导等线上咨询服务或转介线下喘息服务（照护者可将认知症老人送至合作养老机构，享受一定时长的休息）。干预组照护者每周在平台上提交反思日记和评价反馈。
