研究目的：

评价由瑞龙诺赋（上海）医疗科技有限公司自主研发的腹腔内窥镜手术系统用于胸外科腔镜手术的安全性和有效  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of endoscopic laparoscopy system independently developed by Ruilonofu (Shanghai) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. for endoscopic surgery in thoracic surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 18 周岁≤年龄≤80 周岁，性别不限； 2) 计划行腹腔内窥镜手术系统辅助腹腔镜或胸腔镜手术； 3) 同意参加本次研究，并自愿签署知情同意书； 4) 愿意配合完成研究随访及相关检查。

Inclusion criteria

1)18 years old ≤ age ≤80 years old, gender is not limited; 2) Plans to perform thoracic surgery laparoscopic surgery system to assist laparoscopic or thoracoscopic surgery; 3) Agree to participate in this study, and voluntarily sign the informed consent; 4) Willing to cooperate to complete the study follow-up and related examinations.

排除标准：

1) BMI＜18.5kg/m2或 BMI≥30kg/m2； 2) 有严重心血管疾病不能耐受胸腹腔镜手术的患者； 3) 有严重呼吸系统疾病不能耐受胸腹腔镜手术的患者； 4) 有严重凝血功能障碍不能耐受胸腹腔镜手术的患者； 5) 有胸腹盆腔手术或放化疗史不适合胸腹腔镜手术的患者； 6) 妊娠及哺乳期女性； 7) 正在参加其他药物或医疗器械临床试验的患者； 8) 研究者认为不适合参加本次试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) BMI < 18.5kg/m2 or BMI≥30kg/m2; 2) Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases who cannot tolerate laparoscopic thoracic surgery; 3) Patients with severe respiratory diseases who cannot tolerate laparoscopic thoracic surgery; 4) Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction who cannot tolerate laparoscopic thoracic surgery; 5) Patients with a history of thoracic, abdominal and pelvic surgery or chemoradiotherapy are not suitable for thoracic laparoscopic surgery; 6) Pregnant and lactating women; 7) Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices; 8) Patients considered unsuitable for this study by the investigators.
