Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical value of a new method of duodenal papillectomy by duodenoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、十二指肠乳头腺瘤，无论大小
2、表面不光滑，但没有癌变

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with duodenal papillomas of all sizes;
2. Patients with an unsmooth adenoma but no canceration.

排除标准：

严重心、肺疾病，严重肾功能不全
凝血功能异常，或口服抗血小板、抗凝药物未停药者
拒绝参加本研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart, lung diseases, and severe renal insufficiency;
2. With coagulopathy (platelet count <50,000/mm3,INR >1.5);
3. Patients with abnormal clotting function or oral antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs;
4. Pregnant women;
5. Patients who refuse to participate in this study.
