研究目的：

1.了解青少年系统性红斑狼疮患儿的体力活动水平及影响因素。 2.构建基于社会认知理论的cSLE体力活动行为促进方案，验证方案的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to explore the level of physical activity and factors related to it in adolescents with SLE by investigating their physical activity behaviors by means of questionnaires, and then to establish physical activity promotion programs for them and to verify the efficacy at the same time. This study is helpful to improve the level of physical activity in adolescents with SLE and their qualities of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.第一阶段横断面调查：符合2019年欧洲抗风湿病联盟(EULAR)/美国风湿病学会(ACR)制定的SLE分类标准；年龄13?18岁；同意参加本研究且能够自主填写问卷或在照顾者陪同下完成问卷。；
2.第二阶段单组前后对照：符合2019年欧洲抗风湿病联盟(EULAR)/美国风湿病学会(ACR)制定的SLE分类标准；年龄13~18岁；系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)-2K评分≤16分。知情同意，遵循自愿原则，并签署知情同意书。；

Inclusion criteria

1.First stage cross-sectional survey：1）Meet the European League Aaginst Rheumatism(EULAR)/American College of Rheumatology (ACR) revised criteria for the classification of SLE；2）Age from13 to 18；3）Agree to participate in this study and are capable of completing the questionnaire independently or with the assistance of a caregiver.;
2.Second stage before-after study： Meet the European League against Rheumatism (EULAR)/ American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 2019；2）Age from 13 to 18；3）Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index (SLEDAI)-2K score ≤16；4）Follow the principle of voluntariness, and sign an informed consent form.;

排除标准：

1.第一阶段横断面调查：伴有心、肺、脑等严重并发症的患者;无精神疾病或意识障碍、沟通障碍; 有体力活动禁忌，如运动功能障碍、血小板减少期(血小板＜20×109/L）、急性出血、血红蛋白水平低于80 g/L ；感染发热38.8℃及以上。；
2.第二阶段单组前后对照：1)患有神经或肌肉系统疾病，或伴有心衰、慢性肺部疾病无法完成锻炼; 2)存在意识障碍和沟通障碍; 3)服用抗抑郁药、镇静剂等药物;4) 近期参加过其他运动训练。；

Exclusion criteria：

1.First stage cross-sectional survey ：Patients with severe complications such as heart, lung, and brain; Mental illness or disorders of consciousness and communication; Conditions contraindicating physical activity, including motor dysfunction, thrombocytopenia (platelet count < 20 × 10^9/L), acute bleeding, and hemoglobin levels below 80 g/L; Fever due to infection at 38.8℃ or above.;
2.Second stage before-after study：1)patients with neurological or muscular diseases, heart failure or chronic lung disease who are unable to exercise；2) patients with disorder of consciousness and communication；3) taking antidepressants, sedatives and other drugs；4) recently participated in other physical exercise;
