研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨基于目标管理理论制定的干预措施在患者化学性膀胱炎中的实践作用，以期为临床工作提供更多的参考，从而减轻患者膀胱灌注整个治疗过程中的负性情绪、改善膀胱癌患者的生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore the practical role of intervention measures based on the management by objectives theory in patients with chemical cystitis, so as to provide more reference for clinical work, so as to reduce the negative emotions of patients during the whole treatment process of bladder perfusion and improve the quality of life of bladder cancer patients.

纳入标准：

①采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗，且术中病理诊断为非肌层浸润性上皮癌；②年龄范围：＜80岁；③膀胱灌注化疗药物经医生评定适合用吡柔比星；④具有阅读理解且能正常沟通交流者；⑤签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① Adopting transurethral bladder tumor resection surgery for treatment, and the intraoperative pathological diagnosis is non muscular infiltrating epithelial carcinoma; ② Age range: < 80 years old; ③ Bladder infusion chemotherapy drugs have been evaluated by doctors as suitable for the use of pirarubicin; ④ Those who have reading comprehension and can communicate normally; ⑤ Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①尿道狭窄；②参加其它临床试验；③有语言沟通障碍、精神障碍或认知障碍者；④有严重泌尿系或其它系统严重合并症（如严重感染、恶性高血压、严重脑血管意外、心肌梗死、心衰等），导致化疗不能正常进行；⑤具有膀胱癌以外其他恶性肿瘤病史者；⑥研究期间因为外迁等无法继续参加研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Urethral stenosis; ② Participate in other clinical trials; ③ Individuals with language communication disorders, mental disorders, or cognitive impairments; ④ Severe complications of the urinary system or other systems (such as severe infection, malignant hypertension, severe cerebrovascular accident, myocardial infarction, heart failure, etc.) that prevent normal chemotherapy; ⑤ Patients with a history of malignancies other than bladder cancer; ⑥ During the research period, I was unable to continue participating in the research due to relocation or other reasons.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

分别在干预前、干预1个月、2个月分别对患者和医护人员展开进行不同的资料收集。患者灌药前一名研究生进行一般资料收集；患者灌药时另一名研究生进行广泛性焦虑量表、简易抑郁自评量表、药物溢出率资料收集；研究者在患者灌药结束后进行生活质量量表和化学性膀胱炎发生率随访；护士长在整个干预过程中不定期进行膀胱灌注操作督导表、膀胱灌注化疗知识考核和追踪。

Collect general information from one graduate student before administering medication to the patient; During medication administration, another graduate student collected data on the Generalized Anxiety Scale, Simple Self Rating Depression Scale, and Drug Spillover Rate; Researchers conducted follow-up on the quality of life scale and incidence of chemical cystitis in patients after medication administration; The head nurse periodically conducts bladder infusion operation supervision forms, bladder infusion chemotherapy knowledge assessments, and tracking throughout the entire intervention process.
