研究目的：

1 探讨使用术中冲洗进行内窥镜手术的患者是否会出现体温过低的情况 2 在使用术中冲洗的内窥镜手术中为患者加温的效果如何 3 比较围手术期患者加温和不加温时的术后不良反应和经济影响  

Objectives of Study：

1 Exploring whether hypothermia occurs in patients undergoing endoscopic surgery with Intraoperative flushing 2 How effective is patient warming during endoscopic surgery with Intraoperative flushing 3 Comparison of patient postoperative adverse reactions and economic effects when patients are warming and not warming in the perioperative period

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) ≥ 18 岁，男性或女性 (2)择期全身麻醉、椎管内麻醉或神经阻滞麻醉手术；包括经皮前列腺电切术、经尿道输尿管镜检查、膀胱镜检查、经皮肾结石切开术、肩关节镜检查、膝关节镜检查等 (3) 手术时间：≥30min，≤150min (4) 术前体温<37.3°C (5) 术前凝血时间正常

Inclusion criteria

(1) ≥18 years old, male or female (2)Elective general anesthesia, intralesional anesthesia, or nerve block anesthesia for surgery; including electrocutaneous prostatectomy, transureteroscopy, cystoscopy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy for renal calculi, shoulder arthroscopy, and knee arthroscopy (3) Surgical time: ≥30min, ≤150min (4) Preoperative temperature <37.3°C (5) Normal preoperative coagulation time

排除标准：

(1) 精神疾病 (2) 基础体温过高或过低的高/高代谢紊乱患者（中枢性高热患者，包括脑血管疾病、脑外伤和手术、癫痫和急性脑积水引起的中枢性高热；体温调节异常患者，包括恶性高热（MHS）、神经安定恶性综合征，以及明确诊断为甲状腺功能减退或亢进且目前代谢异常的患者）； (3) 皮肤屏障受损，如大面积皮肤烧伤 (4) 感染性发热 (5) 其他原因导致手术前三天体温超过 38.5 ℃； (6) 研究者认为不适合参加临床试验的其他人员

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Mental illness (2) Patients with hyper/hypometabolic disorders with high or low basal hypothermia (patients with central hyperthermia including central hyperthermia due to cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury and surgery, epilepsy, and acute hydrocephalus; and thermoregulatory abnormalities including Malignant Hyperthermia (MHS), Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome, and patients with a clear diagnosis of hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism who have a current abnormal metabolic profile); (3) Damage to the skin's insulation barrier such as extensive skin burns (4) Infectious fever (5) Other causes of body temperature higher than 38.5 ℃ three days before surgery; (6) Other persons who, in the opinion of the investigator, are not suitable for participation in the clinical trial;
