研究目的:

对AMI患者进行血清外泌体CircRNA高通量测序和运用液质联用技术检测非靶代谢物,通过生物信息学分析,进行AMI急诊冠状动脉介入治疗后与心肌损伤和重塑有关的CircRNA和代谢物进行研究,为AMI研究提供思路,进一步进行生物信息分析研究与急性心肌梗死有关的CircRNA和代谢物与缺血性卒中的相关性,为心脑同治研究提供思路。  

Objectives of Study:

High-throughput sequencing of serum exosome CircRNA and detection of non-target metabolites by LMS were performed in patients with AMI. Through bioinformatics analysis, CircRNA and metabolites related to myocardial injury and remodeling after emergency coronary intervention therapy for AMI were studied, providing ideas for AMI research. Further biological information analysis was conducted to study the correlation between CircRNA and metabolites related to acute myocardial infarction and ischemic stroke, providing ideas for the study of cardio-brain therapy.

纳入标准:

①大于18周岁。 ②在我院心血管内科住院符合中国《急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死诊断和治疗指南(2019)》拟行急诊冠脉介入诊疗患者。

Inclusion criteria

① Over 18 years old. ② Patients admitted to the cardiovascular department of our hospital in accordance with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of acute ST-segment Elevation myocardial Infarction (2019) to undergo emergency coronary interventional treatment.

排除标准:

①稳定性心绞痛; ②急性脑血管意外; ③肾功能异常,肌酐>177umol/L; ④严重心力衰竭,纽约心脏病协会(New York Heart Association,NYHA)心功能分级Ⅲ级或以上。 ⑤复杂冠脉病变,预计需要置入IABP患者。 ⑥严重出血倾向患者或近期出血性疾病史患者。 ⑦怀孕。

Exclusion criteria:

① Stable angina; ② Acute cerebrovascular accident; ③ Abnormal renal function, creatinine > 177umol/L; Severe Heart failure, New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart function rating III or higher. (5) Complex coronary lesions are expected to require IABP placement. ⑥ Patients with severe bleeding tendency or recent history of bleeding disease. ⑦ Pregnancy.
