构建社区老年人内在能力的干预方案，评价干预方案对社区老年人内在能力的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct an intervention program for the intrinsic capacity of the community elderly, and to evaluate the intervention effect of the intervention program on the intrinsic capacity of the community elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄60~80岁；②内在能力轻度下降者：内在能力综合评分5~8分；③自愿参加本课题研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 60-80 years old; ② Slight decrease of intrinsic capacity: intrinsic capacity composite score 5-8; ③ voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

①行动能力严重受限者，简易体能状况量表评分0~2分；②有严重视力障碍、听力障碍而影响沟通交流者；③患有严重心、脑血管疾病；④患恶性肿瘤或严重脏器功能不全；⑤处于腰椎间盘突出症、颈椎病等疾病急性期；⑥在过去３个月中住过院、６个月中进行过手术者（非门诊）

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with severely limited mobility, Short Physical Performance Battery score 0-2; (2) those with severe visual impairment and hearing impairment that affect communication; ③ severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (4) malignant tumor or severe organ dysfunction; ⑤ in the acute stage of lumbar disc herniation, cervical spondylosis and other diseases; ⑥ those who have been hospitalized in the past 3 months or underwent surgery in the past 6 months (non-outpatient)
