研究目的：

探讨超声引导下星状神经节阻滞（stellate ganglion block, SGB）对颈动脉内膜切除术（carotid endarterectomy, CEA）过程中脑氧代谢和血清S100β的影响，寻求在CEA术中可减轻应激反应，维持血流动力学稳定，改善脑氧代谢的一种方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block (SGB) on cerebral oxygen metabolism and serum S100β protein levels during carotid endarterectomy, and to seek a method to alleviate stress response, maintain hemodynamic stability, and improve brain oxygen metabolism during CEA surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄40~75岁；（2）有症状单侧颈动脉狭窄≥50%，或无症状单侧颈动脉狭窄≥70%；（3）美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA）分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级；（4）接受CEA治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age between 40 and 75 years; (2) Unilateral carotid artery stenosis with symptoms ≥50% or asymptomatic unilateral carotid artery stenosis ≥70%; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification II to III; (4) Undergoing carotid endarterectomy (CEA) treatment.

排除标准：

（1）长期服用抗抑郁镇静类药物患者；（2）有神经外科手术既往史者；（3）呼吸功能不全以及心瓣膜严重病变者；（4）研究用药禁忌证者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who take antidepressant and sedative drugs for a long time; (2) Individuals with a history of neurosurgical surgery; (3) Patients with respiratory insufficiency and severe heart valve disease; (4) Individuals with contraindications to the medication used in this study.
