研究目的：

发现社区老年人群的AD风险人群和高危人群，提升AD知晓率和就诊率。为本研究其他临床研究提供来源。  

Objectives of Study：

Discover the risk groups and high-risk groups of AD among the elderly in the community, and improve the awareness rate and medical treatment rate of AD. To provide a source for other clinical studies in this study.

纳入标准：

1.社区老人；
2.50-85周岁以上老人；

Inclusion criteria

1.Community elderly;
2.Old people over 50-85 years old;

排除标准：

1.合并心、脑、肝、肾及造血系统等严重疾病者；；
2.（2）有抑郁症、焦虑症等精神疾病史或家族史；；
3.（3）排除其他类型认知功能障碍，如血管性痴呆、帕金森病痴呆等；；
4.（4）不能完成认知功能测定者；；
5.（5）有酗酒或精神类药物滥用史者；；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;;
2.(2) Have a history of mental illness such as depression and anxiety or a family history;;
3.(3) exclude other types of cognitive dysfunction, such as vascular dementia and Parkinson's disease dementia;;
4.(4) those who can't complete the cognitive function test;;
5.(5) Those who have a history of alcoholism or psychotropic substance abuse;;

线上采用 BABRI 快速筛查方案，对社区居民进行快速筛查；针对筛查出来的 风 险人群，进行 BABRI 痴呆风险筛查； 针对 BABRI 痴呆风险筛查筛选出来的 高危人群， 会同临床医生进行诊断。 线下采用纸质版调查表（包括 MMSE、CDR 等量表）

BABRI rapid screening scheme is adopted online to conduct rapid screening for community residents; For the screened out BABRI dementia risk screening was conducted for people at risk of wind; Screening for BABRI dementia risk High-risk groups will be diagnosed together with clinicians. Off-line paper version of the questionnaire (including MMSE, CDR and other scales) was used.
