研究目的：

1、明确心脏淀粉样变患者的亚型构成比，明确在“真实世界”心脏淀粉样变的流行病学数据。 2、明确心脏淀粉样变患者早期心脏表型的变化，特别是基于多模态心脏磁共振成像技术结合血清学检测的生物学标志物，探索心脏淀粉样变得早期特征，为疾病早期检测和治疗评估提供新的指标。 3、基于“真实世界数据”建立结合新型影像指标的心脏淀粉样变得危险分层和分期方法，指导治疗方案选择。 4 评价在现有新型治疗方案下心脏淀粉样变患者的转归以及影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify the subtype composition ratio of patients with cardiac amyloidosis and identify epidemiological data on "real world" cardiac amyloidosis. 2. To clarify the changes of early cardiac phenotype in patients with cardiac amyloidosis, especially based on multimodal cardiac magnetic resonance imaging combined with serological biomarkers to explore the early characteristics of cardiac amyloidosis for early detection of disease and Therapeutic assessment provides new indicators. 3 based on "real world data" to establish a combination of new imaging indicators of cardiac amyloid into a dangerous stratification and staging methods to guide the choice of treatment options. 4 To evaluate the outcomes and influencing factors of patients with cardiac amyloidosis under the existing new treatment regimen.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、活检组织经病理证实淀粉样变
2、临床或影像学提示可能存在心脏受累：1）活动耐量下降：活动后心累、双下肢水肿；2）NT-proBNP≥332 ng/L； 3）心电图提示低电压；4）超声心动图显示：左房增大，舒张功能障碍

Inclusion criteria

1. Biopsy confirmed amyloidosis by pathology;
2. clinical or imaging suggests that there may be cardiac involvement:
1) decreased activity tolerance: heart fatigue after exercise, both lower extremity edema;
2) NT-proBNP >=332 ng/L;
3) ECG prompts low voltage;
4) echocardiography Display: left atrial enlargement, diastolic dysfunction.

患者拒绝参与，或无法完成随访者
