研究目的：

探索TPOAB水平和甲状腺乳头状癌微浸润之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the relationship between TPOAb levels and the presence of microvascular invasion in patients with PTC.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18 岁；（2）经粗针穿刺活检或细针抽吸确诊为甲状腺乳头状癌；（3）无颈部放射史。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Age?≥?18?years; (2) PTC confirmed by core-needle biopsy or fine-needle aspiration; and (3) no history of neck irradiation.

排除标准：

（1）经活检诊断出的其他类型甲状腺癌；（2）患有其他癌症的患者；（3）观察到肿瘤侵犯食管、气管或喉返神经；（4）用药物或放射性碘治疗的甲状腺功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) other types of thyroid cancer diagnosed by biopsy; (2) patients with other cancer; (3) tumor invasion of the esophagus, trachea, or recurrent laryngeal nerve was observed; and (4) thyroid dysfunction treated with drugs or radioactive iodine.
