研究目的：

研究目的 1.探讨我国护士工作相关压力，心理健康状况、工作环境和生活方式对健康结局（疾病发生）的影响。 通过双向队列研究了解影响护士健康的各种暴露因素的长期变化及对远期慢性病风险的影响，调查职业护士的心理、生理健康和职业紧张状况，长期随访观察，将多个暴露组与非暴露组的发病情况进行比较，寻找疾病相关危险因素，并验证病因假说，确定因果关联强度。 2.阐明护士职业健康状况及患病率、发病率和长期变化趋势，包括全因死亡率和特定原因死亡率等。为健康干预提供循证证据，为进一步的有效计划和政策提供证据参考。 3.基于队列开展巢式病例对照研究，分析护士人群中相关疾病、心理障碍（焦虑、抑郁等）及职业紧张的影响因素，并建立疾病风险预警模型。 4.利用队列研究设计追踪护士心理和生理健康状况的发展变化趋势，获取疾病自然史，建立风险预警和综合健康干预模型并评价其作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Research objectives Explore the impact of work-related stress, mental health status, work environment, and lifestyle on the health outcomes (disease occurrence) of nurses in China. Through a prospective cohort study, investigate the long-term changes of various exposure factors that affect the health of nurses and their impact on the risk of chronic diseases in the long run. Survey the psychological and physiological health and occupational stress status of professional nurses, conduct long-term follow-up observations, compare the incidence of multiple exposure groups with that of non-exposure groups, identify risk factors associated with diseases, and validate etiological hypotheses to determine the strength of causal relationships. Clarify the occupational health status, prevalence, morbidity, and long-term trends of nurses, including all-cause mortality and specific cause mortality. Provide evidence for health interventions and provide evidence for further effective plans and policies. Conduct nested case-control studies based on cohorts to analyze the influencing factors of related diseases, psychological disorders (anxiety, depression, etc.), and occupational stress in the nursing population, and establish a disease risk early warning model. Use cohort study designs to track the development and trends of psychological and physiological health status in nurses, obtain information on the natural history of diseases, establish risk early warning and comprehensive health intervention models, and evaluate their effectiveness.

纳入标准：①18-60岁；②注册护士；③知情同意；④从事临床护理或护理管理岗位；⑤沟通无障碍或在视、听矫正后沟通无障碍。
