研究目的：

基于多模态MRI探究急性前循环大血管闭塞性卒中患者取栓再通后血流灌注状态与预后的相关性，建立相关临床预警模型，为优化急性大血管闭塞卒中患者的早期管理提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between perfusion status assessed by multimodal MRI and prognosis of acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion stroke patients after successful recanalization through endovascular treatment. Moreover, we aim to establish relevant clinical warning models to provide scientific basis for optimizing early management of patients with acute large vessel occlusion stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄大于等于18周岁； 2)急性前循环缺血性卒中，经影像（CTA/MRA/DSA）证实前循环大血管闭塞（ICA、MCA-M1、ACA-A1）； 3)接受机械取栓治疗； 4)取栓后责任血管成功再通（术后mTICI≥2b级）； 5)患者或家属签署书面临床研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age≥18 years old; 2) Acute anterior circulation ischemic stroke, confirmed by imaging (CTA/MRA/DSA) with occlusion of large vessels in the anterior circulation (ICA, MCA-M1, ACA-A1); 3) Received mechanical thrombectomy; 4) Successful recanalization of the responsible vessel (postoperative mTICI ≥ 2b); 5) Patients or family members signing a written informed consent for the clinical study.

排除标准：

1)卒中前mRS≥2分； 2)介入治疗时间窗＞24小时； 3)术前影像学证实颅内出血； 4)患者无法配合完成MRI检查； 5)磁共振检查禁忌症：如幽闭恐惧症、体内金属植入物如心脏起搏器等； 6)MRI图像质量差难以分析； 7)严重器质性疾病，预期寿命＜90天。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pre-stroke mRS ≥2 points; 2) Interventional time window >24 hours; 3) Preoperative imaging confirmed intracranial hemorrhage; 4) Patients are likely to be unable to cooperate with the MRI examination 5) Contraindications to MRI: e.g. claustrophobia, metallic implants in the body such as pacemakers; 6) Poor quality of MRI images difficult to analyses; 7) Severe organic disease with life expectancy <90 days.
