研究目的：

四肢骨折患者以骨折部位的疼痛、肿胀为典型表现 , 病情严重者表现有畸形、活动异常及骨摩擦音等症状。四肢骨折可伴有休克、体温等全身性改变，如未能取得及时有效诊疗，则会对患者的生命安全造成极大影响。骨折整复小夹板固定后患肢肿胀的情况较常见，主要与组织损伤后的反应性水肿有关，多集中发于 3?7 d, 随后慢慢减退。肿胀对患肢血液循环造成极大影响 , 使伤肢无法获得足够的营养和血液供应 , 延迟患肢骨折的愈合时间，严重者甚至会并发骨筋膜室综合征等。因此，早期有效治疗处理骨折后肢体远端肿胀对肿胀消除、疼痛缓解及预后改善至关重要。  

Objectives of Study：

Patients with limb fractures typically experience pain and swelling at the fracture site, while those with severe conditions may exhibit symptoms such as deformities, abnormal activity, and bone friction sounds. Limb fractures can be accompanied by systemic changes such as shock and body temperature. Failure to receive timely and effective diagnosis and treatment can have a significant impact on the patient's life safety. The swelling of the affected limb after fracture reduction and small splint fixation is more common, mainly related to reactive edema after tissue injury, mostly concentrated in 3-7 days, and then gradually subsides. Swelling has a significant impact on the blood circulation of the affected limb, making it unable to obtain sufficient nutrition and blood supply, delaying the healing time of the affected limb fracture, and in severe cases, even leading to complications such as osteofascial compartment syndrome. Therefore, early and effective treatment and management of distal limb swelling after fractures are crucial for swelling elimination, pain relief, and prognosis improvement.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴符合《实用骨科学》中关于四肢骨折的相关标准。 ⑵经影像学临床检查后四肢骨折病症确诊； ⑶年龄18 ～ 75 岁； ⑷单侧肢体骨折； ⑸均为闭合性骨折； ⑹患者知情同意并愿意接受相应治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Comply with the relevant standards for limb fractures in Practical Orthopedics. (2) Diagnosed limb fracture after clinical imaging examination; (3)Age 18-75 years old; (4) Unilateral limb fracture; (5) All are closed fractures; (6)The patient has informed consent and is willing to receive corresponding treatment.)

排除标准：

⑴病理性骨折且伴有严重的骨质疏松患者； ⑵合并严重感染患者； ⑶存在心、肾、肺等重要器官功能障碍患者； ⑷患者有严重精神疾病患者； ⑸依从性差患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with pathological fractures and severe osteoporosis; (2) Patients with severe infections; (3)Patients with dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, kidneys, and lungs; (4)Patients with severe mental illness; (5)Patients with poor compliance.0

患者抬高患肢以利于消肿，指导患者合理的功能锻炼，包括患肢肌肉的主动收缩及手指、足趾、腕关节、踝关节及未固定的邻近关节的屈伸运动，每天4~5次，每次约10 min。
