研究目的：

本项目通过多中心观察性队列研究，记录心力衰竭患者基线、诊疗和随访数据，掌握安徽地区心力衰竭患者的流行病学特点，评估真实世界中的药物、手术等治疗方式的疗效和安全性，预测患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

This project through multi-center obserational cohort study, record the baseline and follow-up data, diagnosis and treatment for heart failure patients, grasp the anhui regional epidemiological characteristics of patients with heart failure, to evaluate the treatment such as medicaments, operation in the real world of the efficacy and safety, and predict the prognosis of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁； ②住院诊断为心力衰竭； ③签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age ≥18 years old; 2) The patient was hospitalized with a diagnosis of heart failure; 3) All subjects gave informed consent to the content of the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1) 妊娠或正准备妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 2)依从性差、认知障碍或其他原因不能配合完成研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant or preparing to become pregnant and lactating women; 2) Patients with poor compliance, cognitive impairment or other reasons who cannot cooperate in completing the study;
