研究目的：

证明针刺早期介入突发性聋患者可以提高突发性聋的鼓室激素治疗效果。 证明针刺可以加强激素的治疗效果，帮助突聋大鼠模型听力恢复。 证明SIRT1的表达水平会增强抗氧化应激能力，提高激素敏感性，保护耳蜗毛细胞，并探索其作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

It is proved that early intervention of acupuncture in patients with sudden deafness can improve the effect of tympanic hormone therapy for sudden deafness. It was proved that acupuncture can enhance the therapeutic effect of hormones and help hearing recovery in rat models with sudden deafness. It was demonstrated that SIRT1 expression levels enhance antioxidant stress, improve hormone sensitivity, protect cochlear hair cells, and explore their mechanism of action.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.①患者年龄在18-60岁之间，性别不限。 ②病程为发病2周内，未经过相关医疗治疗。③ 符合突发性聋诊断（至少在3个连续的频率上听力损失≥30 dB）；

Inclusion criteria

1.①Patients are between 18 and 60 years of age and of any gender. ②The course of the disease is within 2 weeks of onset, without relevant medical treatment. ③Consistent with diagnosis of sudden deafness (hearing loss ≥ 30 dB at least 3 consecutive frequencies);

排除标准：

1.有激素禁忌症。 （2）妊娠期、糖尿病、高血压患者。 （3）患有梅尼埃病、中耳病变、大前庭水管综合征、听神经瘤等病变。 （4）患有癫痫、精神分裂症等神经、精神疾病。 （5）经研究者判断不能完成试验者。 （6）全频率听力损失，低于70db；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hormone contraindications. (2) Pregnancy, diabetes, hypertension patients. (3) Patients with Meniere's disease, middle ear disease, large vestibular duct syndrome, acoustic neuroma and other diseases. (4) suffering from epilepsy, schizophrenia and other neurological and mental diseases. (5) Those judged by the researcher to be unable to complete the experiment. (6) Full frequency hearing loss, less than 70db;
