本研究探讨多模态MRI与运动想象结合在儿童脑性瘫痪神经重塑中的应用及其潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study:

This study investigated the application of multimodal MRI in combination with motor imagination in neural remodeling in children with cerebral palsy and its potential mechanism.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.诊断符合2022年《中国脑性瘫痪康复指南》指定的脑性瘫痪诊断标准;
2.年龄在5-18周岁;
3.患儿及家长自愿参加本研究;

Inclusion criteria

1.Met the diagnostic criteria for cerebral palsy specified in the 2022 China Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Guidelines;
2.Age ranging from 5 to 18 years;
3.Children and their parents participated in the study voluntarily;

排除标准:

1.有严重智力障碍的儿童;
2.有严重癫痫史的儿童;
3.正在接受其他临床中枢神经干预治疗的儿童;
4.颅骨明显缺损,或因其他因素影响脑电信号采集者;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Children with severe intellectual disabilities;
2.Children with a history of severe epilepsy;
3.Children who are receiving other clinical central nervous intervention;
4.Children with obvious skull defect or other factors affecting EEG collection;
