研究目的：

研究CD70靶向探针68Ga-NOTA-RCCB6 PET的显像在肾细胞癌临床分期、疗效评价和再分期的价值，并与68Ga-PSMA PET/CT显像进行比较。  

Objectives of Study：

Study the value of CD70 targeted probe 68Ga-NOTA-RCCB6 PET imaging in clinical staging, efficacy evaluation, and re staging of renal cell carcinoma, and compare it with 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT imaging.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.须由受试者或法定监护人、照看者，自愿签署知情同意书。 2.年龄18~75周岁。 3.常规影像学检查怀疑肾癌，并进行68Ga-PSMA PET/CT 扫描的患者。 4.常规影像学或68Ga-PSMA PET/CT发现可疑淋巴结或远处转移。 5.愿意并有能力遵循研究方案。

Inclusion criteria

1. The informed consent form must be voluntarily signed by the subject, legal guardian, or caregiver. 2. Age range from 18 to 75 years old. 3. Patients suspected of renal cell carcinoma through routine imaging examination and underwent 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT scan. 4. Routine imaging or 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT reveals suspicious lymph nodes or distant metastases. 5. Willing and capable of following the research plan.

排除标准：

1.PET/CT扫描前接受过抗肿瘤治疗。 2.患有严重的其他神经系统疾病，或胃肠道、心血管、肝脏、肾脏、血液系统、呼吸系统、免疫缺陷及其他严重疾病。 3.备选受试者存在PET/CT扫描禁忌的情况。包括但不限于：不能接受反复静脉注射的；对药物及其组分可能存在过敏者（包括有严重过敏或过敏反应的病史，特别是被检药物过敏者）；密闭恐惧症。 4.近1年确诊过其他恶性肿瘤；备选受试者在近3个月内接受过重大手术；1个月内接受过（效果或安全性不明确的）试验性药物或器械治疗，或曾参加其他干预性临床试验。 5.妊娠或哺乳期女性。 6.失访的患者。 7.经研究者评估，受试者存在可能影响研究或不适合参与研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received anti-tumor treatment before PET/CT scan. 2. Suffering from serious other neurological diseases, or gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, liver, kidney, blood system, respiratory system, immune deficiency, and other serious diseases. 3. Candidates have contraindications for PET/CT scanning. Including but not limited to: those who cannot accept repeated intravenous injections; Individuals who may have allergies to drugs and their components (including those with a history of severe allergies or allergic reactions, especially those who are allergic to the tested drugs); Confinement phobia. 4. Diagnosed with other malignant tumors in the past year; The candidate subjects have undergone major surgery within the past 3 months; Received (unclear efficacy or safety) experimental drug or device treatment within one month, or participated in other intervention clinical trials. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Patients who have been lost to follow-up. 7. According to the evaluation of the researchers, the subjects may have other circumstances that may affect the study or are not suitable for participation in the study.
