研究目的：

本研究旨在评估胰岛素泵强化治疗、强化生活方式干预和持续动态血糖监测系统治疗对新诊断2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效，分析脂质代谢在其中的作用及机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The study was conducted to assess the effectiveness and impact factors of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion in combination with continuous glucose monitoring in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients who had achieved diabetes remission, and to analyze the role and mechanism of lipid metabolism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

强化治疗组采用胰岛素泵强化治疗、强化生活方式干预和持续动态血糖监测系统治疗。常规治疗组采用胰岛素泵常规治疗方案、常规糖尿病饮食、运动指导和持续动态血糖监测系统治疗。  

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The intensive treatment group was treated with insulin pump intensive treatment, intensive lifestyle intervention and continuous glucose monitoring system. The conventional treatment group was treated with insulin pump routine treatment, conventional diabetic diet, exercise guidance and continuous glucose monitoring system. 

纳入标准：

新诊断的2型糖尿病住院患者符合中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2020年版）。治疗前未接受过降血糖、降血脂药、降尿酸治疗。

Inclusion criteria

The newly hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes were diagnosed according to the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020), and were not treated with hypoglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and uric acid.

排除标准：

排除孕妇、哺乳期妇女、应激状态、1型糖尿病、严重肝肾疾病、心功能不全、糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高渗高血糖综合征、胰腺炎、冠心病、服用糖皮质激素及合并其他内分泌疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women, nursing women, stress, type 1 diabetes mellitus, severe liver disease, severe kidney disease, cardiac insufficiency, diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemia syndrome, pancreatitis, coronary heart disease, taking glucocorticoids and other endocrine diseases were excluded from the study.

由广西医科大学的独立统计学家从随机数字表中的任意一行任意一列开始，依次读取160个2位随机数，要求单数和双数的随机数个数相等，若不等，从新提取直至相等，依次录于1-160个事先拟定的研究对象的编号下，然后将全部随机数分为单双数两组，单数80个为A组，双数80个为B组。A组为强化治疗组，B组为常规治疗组。

Independent statisticians from Guangxi Medical University read 160 2-digit random numbers successively from any row or column in the random number table, and required the number of singular and even random numbers to be equal. If they were not equal, they were extracted again until equal, and recorded in sequence under the numbers of 1-160 pre-prepared research objects; Then all the random numbers are divided into two groups of odd and even numbers, singular 80 as group A, even 80 as group B. Intensive treatment was prescribed for group A, and conventional treatment was prescribed for group B.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表主要由6个部分组成，第一部分为受试者的基本信息，包括姓名、性别、出生年月、联系方式等等；第二部分受试者的纳入标准；第三部分为受试者的排除标准；第四部分为受试者的一些基线资料信息，包括身高、体重、腰围、血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗等；第五部分为受试者治疗前后主要观察指标和次要观察指标的变化情况；最后一部分为受试者随访内容的记录，包括体重、腹围、血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗等临床和生化指标改善情况。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The case record form is mainly composed of six parts. The first part is the basic information of the subjects, including name, gender, date of birth, contact information, etc. The second part includes the inclusion criteria of subjects. The third part is the exclusion criteria of subjects. The fourth part is some baseline information of the subjects, including height, weight, waist circumference, blood glucose and lipid, insulin resistance, etc.The fifth part is the changes of main and secondary observation indexes before and after treatment. The final part is the record of the subjects' follow-up, including weight, abdominal circumference, blood sugar, blood lipids, insulin resistance and other clinical and biochemical indicators improvement.
