探讨瑞马唑仑、丙泊酚与依托咪酯在无痛人流中应用的有效性、安全性及各自优缺点  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness, safety, advantages and disadvantages of remazolam, propofol and etomidate in painless abortion

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级，女性，年龄≥18岁； 2.符合《妇产科疾病诊断标准》中妊娠的相关诊断标准； 3.经影像学检查提示宫内早孕，符合无痛人流适应证； 4.患者及其家属均知情研究目的并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.ASAⅠ ~ Ⅱ grade, female, age ≥18 years old; 2. Meet the relevant diagnostic criteria for pregnancy in the Diagnostic Criteria for Obstetrics and Gynecology Diseases; 3. Early intrauterine pregnancy was indicated by imaging examination, which was consistent with the indication of painless abortion; 4. Patients and their families were informed of the study purpose and signed consent forms.

排除标准：

1.合并精神障碍患者； 2.合并妇科疾病或异位妊娠患者； 3.肿瘤疾病、神经系统疾病、凝血障碍及免疫缺陷患者； 4.术前存在明显心、肺、肝、肾功能异常； 5.1个月内每天或近3个月内间断服用苯二氮革类药物或阿片类药物； 6.近期有上呼吸道感染及中重度呼吸睡眠暂停综合征； 7.所有患者均无严重痛经史，无止痛药物滥用史及药物过敏史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with mental disorders; 2. Patients with gynecological diseases or ectopic pregnancy; 3. Patients with tumor diseases, neurological diseases, coagulation disorders and immune deficiencies; 4. There were obvious abnormalities of heart, lung, liver and kidney function before operation; 5.1 Take benzodiazepines or opioids every day for a month or intermittently for nearly 3 months; 6. Recent upper respiratory tract infection and moderate to severe apnea syndrome; 7. None of the patients had any history of severe dysmenorrhea, analgesic drug abuse or drug allergy.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

将由接受过培训的研究者和研究医生采集所有数据。然后将数据录入电子病例报告表中并进入电子数据库中。研究者负责确保录入采集数据的完整、准确与及时记录。数据管理员对数据进行核查，发出疑问，由研究者进行答疑或/和作出必要的数据修改，修改的内容将如实记录。在数据录入与核查结束后，由数据管理人员、主要研究者、申办者、统计分析人员共同对数据进行审核，并完成分析人群的最后定义及判断。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All data will be collected by trained researchers and research doctors. The data is then entered into the electronic case report form and into the electronic database. The researchers are responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy and timely recording of the data collected. The data administrator checks the data, issues questions, answers questions or / and makes necessary data modifications, which will be recorded in EDC truthfully. After the completion of data entry and verification, data management personnel, main researchers, sponsors and statistical analysts shall jointly review the data, and complete the final definition and judgment of the analysis population.
