研究目的：

为了研究益生菌预防呼吸道感染的机制，受试者将进行8周的益生菌产品的干预治疗，欲了解：(1)益生菌产品预防呼吸道感染的临床效果；(2)测试口服益生菌后受试者免疫指标的变化；(3) 分析呼吸道感染受试者经益生菌干预前后的肠道菌群多样性之变化与具有潜力的检测指标。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to study the mechanism of probiotics in preventing respiratory tract infections, participants will undergo an 8-week intervention treatment with probiotic products. To understand: (1) the clinical efficacy of probiotic products in preventing respiratory tract infections; (2) Test the changes in immune indicators of subjects after oral probiotics administration; (3) Analyze the changes in gut microbiota diversity and potential detection indicators in subjects with respiratory tract infections before and after probiotic intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a) 年龄超过18岁。 b) 可以配合实验检体收集及定期回诊。 c) 受试者填写书面知情同意书，并在整个试验期间承诺配合研究。

Inclusion criteria

a) Age over 18 years old. b) Can cooperate with experimental body collection and regular follow-up visits. c) The subjects fill out a written informed consent form and commit to cooperating with the study throughout the entire trial period.

排除标准：

① 受试者患有严重心血管疾病（心肌梗死、心力衰竭）、肝/肾功能衰竭、癌症。 ② 受试者近1个月内曾有持续（连续使用五天或五天以上）食用益生菌相关产品(菌粉、优格、酸奶或其他发酵食品)。 ③ 近1个月内有参加其他临床试验并在用试验药者。 ④ 其他经医师评估不适合进入试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① The subjects suffer from severe cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction, heart failure), liver/kidney failure, and cancer. ② The subject has consumed probiotic related products (such as mushroom powder, yogurt, or other fermented foods) continuously (continuously for five days or more) within the past month. ③ Individuals who have participated in other clinical trials and are currently using the investigational drug within the past month. ④ Other individuals assessed by physicians as unsuitable for entry into the trial.
