研究目的：

1) 基于胃肠神经内分泌肿瘤临床病理特点及多组学研究发掘并验证适用于GI-NEN 预后指数模型。 2) 基于 GI-NEN 预后指数模型为制定治疗方案、随诊间隔及随诊评估项目等提供参考，为疾病的精准治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Build prognostic index model of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm based on clinicopathological features and multi-omics results, explore and validate the GI-NEN prognostic index model. 2) Based on the GI-NEN prognostic index model, it provides reference for formulating treatment plans, follow-up intervals, and follow-up evaluation items, and provides a basis for precise treatment of diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在北京协和医院确诊且同意继续我院随诊的胃肠神经内分泌肿瘤患者确诊需有组织病理标本并且经2名有经验的病理医师联合确定； 2.患者具备完整临床病理资料； 3.患者同意采集外周血进行全外显子检测、蛋白组学分析，同意留取胃肠道肿瘤组织行转录组学分析，以及采集粪便进行肠道微生态组学分析；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors who have been diagnosed at Peking Union Medical College Hospital and agree to continue follow-up at our hospital must have tissue pathological specimens and be jointly confirmed by two experienced pathologists; 2. The patient has complete clinical and pathological data; 3. The patient agrees to collect peripheral blood for whole exome testing and proteomic analysis, agrees to retain gastrointestinal tumor tissue for transcriptomic analysis, and collects feces for gut microbiome analysis;

排除标准：

1.拒绝签署知情同意书 2.不愿在我院诊治并定期随访的患者 3.入组时未确诊患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refusal to sign informed consent form 2. Patients who are unwilling to receive treatment and regular follow-up in our hospital 3. Undiagnosed patients upon enrollment
