研究目的：

1.本研究基于证据总结构建一套适用于COPD患者不同疾病进程的运动方案，旨在帮助患者实现从急性期-稳定期（医院-家庭）的过渡，为COPD患者开展科学的、合理的运动锻炼提供循证依据。 2.将COPD运动方案在处于热带气候的海南省进行初步应用，旨在验证其实践可行性，为促进该地区COPD患者康复、提高其患病后的生存质量奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study summarises the evidence to construct an exercise programme for COPD patients with different disease processes, with the aim of helping patients to make the transition from the acute phase to the stable phase (hospital-home) and providing an evidence-based basis for scientific and reasonable exercise for COPD patients. 2. The preliminary application of the COPD exercise programme in Hainan Province, a tropical climate, aims to verify its practical feasibility and lay the foundation for promoting the rehabilitation of COPD patients in the region and improving their quality of life after the disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合2020版“慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球倡议（Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease,GOLD）诊断标准：存在慢性咳嗽咳痰并伴有逐渐加重的呼吸困难症状；存在COPD危险因素接触史；吸入支气管舒张剂后，FEV1/FVC＜70%； （2）年龄≥18岁； （3）可以用普通话进行交流； （4）自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) 2020 diagnostic criteria: chronic cough and sputum with progressive dyspnoea; history of COPD risk factor exposure; FEV1/FVC <70% after inhaled bronchodilators.
(2) Adult, aged ≥40 years.
(3) Can communicate in Mandarin.
(4) Voluntary participation.

排除标准：

（1）合并呼吸系统其他疾病：双肺多发肺大疱、严重肺动脉高压（息肺脉压＞45mmHg），急性肺栓塞或梗塞、近一个月内自发性或复发性气胸等； （2）存在定向障碍的患者，有严重精神或神经性疾病的患者； （3）合并严重心血管疾病：急性心肌梗死（3～5天）、不稳定型心绞痛、未控制的心率（＞120次/min）、未控制的高血压（收缩压高于180mmHg,舒张压高于100mmHg）等； （4）其他身体状况：影响运动能力或运动导致的非心脏疾病（感染、肾功能衰竭、出血、严重肾脏疾病包括透析、肾移植）、夹层动脉瘤、下肢血栓、高度视力障碍等； 满足排除标准中的任意一项即不参与此次研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with other diseases of the respiratory system: multiple pulmonary blisters in both lungs, severe pulmonary hypertension (resting pulmonary pulse pressure > 45 mmHg), acute pulmonary embolism or infarction, spontaneous or recurrent pneumothorax within the last month, etc.
(2) Patients with disorientation, patients with severe psychiatric or neurological disorders.
(3) Combined serious cardiovascular disease: acute myocardial infarction (3-5 days), unstable angina, uncontrolled heart rate (>120 beats/min), uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure above 180 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure above 100 mmHg), etc.
(4) Other physical conditions: non-cardiac conditions (infection, renal failure, haemorrhage, severe renal disease including dialysis, renal transplantation) affecting the ability to exercise or caused by exercise, entrapment aneurysm, blood clots in the lower limbs, high visual impairment, etc.
Fulfilling any of the exclusion criteria will exclude you from this study.

本研究采用配对设计随机分组法，由研究者本人进行分组。配对条件是患者的年龄、性别和FEV1%分级，先将患者按配对条件进行配对，并将每组患者进行编号，然后运用随机数字表法，将选取的随机数字依次编排在每组组别下，遇单数定为AB顺序，遇双数定为BA顺序（A：代表对照组;B:代表实验组）将患者依次分入实验组和对照组。
