研究目的：

为了了解心梗病人中CTRP12情况及术后CTRP12波动情况，运动能否影响其在血清中的浓度，及CTRP12与心功能各指标恢复情况，本研究拟通过观察性分析，收集2023年10月-2023年3月在遵义医科大学附属医院心脏大血管外科行CABG患者临床住院资料，分析患者血清CTRP在术前、术中及术后三个月的水平变化，挖掘其与心肌梗死的相关性，并且初步探讨术后不同运动强度对其水平变化的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to understand the status of CTRP12 in patients with obstructive heart disease and the fluctuation of CTRP12 after operation, whether exercise can affect its concentration in serum, and the recovery of CTRP12 and cardiac function indexes, the aim of this study is to conduct an observational analysis. The clinical data of patients undergoing CABG in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from October 2023 to March 2023 were collected. The changes of serum CTRP levels in patients before surgery, during surgery and three months after surgery were analyzed to explore its correlation with myocardial infarction, and the effects of different exercise intensities on the changes of serum CTRP levels after surgery were preliminarily explored.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 冠心病诊断明确; (2)行正中开胸低温体外循环或常温不停跳单纯冠状动脉旁路移植术；（3）同意进行相关科学研究并配合随访；（4）符合伦理学相关要求。

Inclusion criteria

(1) clear diagnosis of coronary heart disease; (2) Hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass or normothermic off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting; (3) agree to conduct relevant scientific research and cooperate with follow-up; (4) meet the relevant ethical requirements.

排除标准：

(1)年龄<18岁或>70岁；（2）术前心衰失代偿、室性心律失常、室颤或使用血管活性药物维持循环；(3)ALT>80U/L 或接受透析治疗; (4)全身炎症反应综合征、脓毒症、感染性休克等；(5)微创杂交手术;(6)急诊手术或二次手术;(7) 同期行瓣膜手术、射频消融等；（8）有CABG及其他心血管外科手术史 ；（9）严重器官功能障碍；（10）静脉血栓、急性主动脉瓣狭窄及动脉夹层等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) age <18 or >70 years old; (2) preoperative decompensated heart failure, ventricular arrhythmia, ventricular fibrillation or use of vasoactive drugs to maintain circulation; (3)ALT>80U/L or dialysis treatment; (4) systemic inflammatory response syndrome, sepsis, septic shock, etc. (5) minimally invasive hybrid surgery; (6) emergency surgery or secondary surgery; (7) Simultaneous valve surgery and radiofrequency ablation; (8) history of CABG or other cardiovascular surgery; (9) severe organ dysfunction; (10) venous thrombosis, acute aortic stenosis and arterial dissection.
