研究目的：

探索健康老年人经 I型高蛋白米纤粉干预后粪便菌群组成和代谢的改变(特别是短链脂肪酸SCFA)。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the changes of fecal flora composition and metabolism (especially short-chain fatty acid SCFA) in healthy elderly people after the intervention of type I high-protein rice fiber powder.

纳入标准：

① 60至75岁的男性或女性； ② 浙江省域范围的汉族人，无特殊饮食习惯； ③ 愿意完成与研究相关的问卷和记录，并提供血液、粪便样本； ④ 提供自愿、书面、知情同意以参与研究； ⑤ 符合2022-09-28中国人民共和国国家卫生健康委员会发布的《中国健康老年人标准》对健康老年人的评判标准

Inclusion criteria

①Male or female aged 60 to 75 years; ② The Han people in Zhejiang Province have no special eating habits; ③Be willing to complete questionnaires and records related to the study, and provide blood and stool samples; ④Provide voluntary, written, informed consent to participate in the study; ⑤ Meet the evaluation criteria of healthy elderly people in the "China Healthy Elderly Standards" issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China on 2022-09-28

排除标准：

① 近2个月服用过抗生素或益生菌，益生元/膳食纤维补充剂； ② 近半年有长时间外出史(>5 日)； ③ 癌症、心血管、消化系统疾病（消化性溃疡，IBD，IBS）、自身免疫性疾病病史。 ④ 血常规、肝肾功能检查发现异常。

Exclusion criteria：

① Have taken antibiotics or probiotics, prebiotics/dietary fiber supplements in the past 2 months; ②A long time out history in the past six months (>5 days); ③ A history of cancer, cardiovascular and digestive diseases (peptic ulcer, IBD, IBS), and autoimmune diseases. ④ Abnormalities were found in blood routine and liver and kidney function examination.

①干预第1周：服用I型高蛋白米纤粉，每天1次（1袋/次，20g/袋），直接加温开水冲调食用，或者加入牛奶、粥等食物中一起食用，持续1周。 ②干预第2到第12周：服用I型高蛋白米纤粉，每天2次（1袋/次，20g/袋），直接加温开水冲调食用，或者加入牛奶、粥等食物中一起食用，持续11周。

The raw data will be submitted to the journal along with the manuscript. Once the manuscript is published, the raw data will be published online as an attachment.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有基线数据和原始数据在获得后将立即完整、准确和清晰地记录在CRF上。两名评估人员交叉检查以确保数据的准确性和清洁度。本研究使用Microsoft Excel管理数据，所有研究数据将在每月最后一天录入该电子数据库。本数据库数据将直接输入IBM SPSS 22.0，便于统计分析。在登记时，每位参与者将被分配一个唯一的研究编号，以便在整个研究过程中对他们进行匿名跟踪，并且只有PI才能访问。同意书和纸质的数据收集表格将被存储在研究中心一个锁着的柜子里，只有通过PI才能访问。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All baseline data and raw data will be recorded on CRFs in a complete, accurate and clear manner immediately on data acquisition. The two assessors cross- check to ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of the data. A database (Microsoft Excel spreadsheet) will be used to manage the data. All research data will be entered into this electronic database on the last day of the month. For this database, data will be imported directly into the IBM SPSS V.22.0 for ease of statistical analysis. On enrolment, each participant will be assigned a unique numeric study number so that they can be tracked anonymously throughout the study. Only the PI will have access to identifiers that can link the data to the individual participant. Consent forms and hard copy data collection forms will be stored in a locked cabinet at the research centre. Access to them can only be made available through the PI.
