研究目的：

采用功能影像学技术对解结针法干预肝郁气滞型失眠的中枢效应进行探讨。主要通过功能性磁共振（functional magnetic resonance imaging, fMRI）技术观察部分肝郁气滞型失眠患者接受针刺干预过程中的脑区激活反应，对其可能产生的中枢即刻效应进行分析比较和研究，探讨解结针法干预肝郁气滞型失眠过程中可能存在的中枢效应机制。在确定不同针刺干预肝郁气滞型失眠临床疗效差异的基础上，对其可能的中枢机制进行了较深入的探讨，以期解结针法干预肝郁气滞型失眠患者手段的临床应用和中枢机制的进一步研究提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Use functional imaging technique to explore the central effect of Jiejie acupuncture on insomnia of stagnation of liver-qi type. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) was used to observe the brain activation in some patients with insomnia of stagnation of liver-qi during acupuncture intervention, to analyze, compare and study the possible central immediate effect, and explore the possible central effect mechanism of Jiejie acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia of stagnation of liver-qi. On the basis of determining the difference of clinical therapeutic effect of different acupuncture interventions on insomnia of stagnation of liver-qi type, the possible central mechanism was discussed in depth, the aim of this study is to provide the basis for clinical application and further research on central mechanism of the method of relieving knot acupuncture in treating insomnia of stagnation of liver-qi type.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴ 符合失眠（肝郁气滞型）诊断标准； ⑵ 年龄：18岁≤年龄≤65岁； ⑶ 7分＜PSQI评分＜21分； ⑷ 阿森斯失眠量表（AIS）积分≥6； ⑸ 抑郁量表（SDS）和焦虑量表（SAS）≤50分者； ⑹ 近1个月内未服用过任何可能影响睡眠的药物； ⑺ 治疗期间不服用镇静安眠类药物； ⑻ 受试者自愿参加临床试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of insomnia (stagnation of liver-qi Type) (2) age: 18 years old ≤65 years old (3)7 points < PSQI score < 21 points (4) Athens insomnia scale -AIS-RRB-AIS) score ≥6 (5) depression scale -SDS-RRB-SDS) and anxietySASale (SAS)≤50 points (6) did not take any drugs that might affect sleep in the last month (7) did not take sedative-hypnotic drugs during the treatment (8) the subjects volunteered to participate in the clinical trial and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

⑴ 晕针、畏惧针刺者; ⑵ 重度以上焦虑、抑郁引起的失眠; ⑶ 酗酒和/或精神活性药物、药物滥用者和依赖者，以及无法停用目前服用的中药和镇静安神类西药者; ⑷ 合并有严重心、脑、肾、肝等病症; ⑸ 妊娠或哺乳期妇女（包含备孕状态的女性患者）; ⑹ 近一个月正在参与其它临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Fainting, Fear of acupuncture (2) insomnia caused by severe anxiety and depression (3) alcoholism and/or psychoactive drugs, drug abusers and dependents (4) complicated with severe heart, brain, kidney and liver diseases (5) pregnant or lactating women (including pregnant women) (6) has been involved in other clinical research for nearly a month

选择安眠穴针刺干预。定位：在翳风与风池两穴连线之中点。在胸锁乳突肌肌腱中部，深部有头夹肌及枕动、静脉，有枕小神经及耳大神经分支。操作方法：直刺1寸，行平补平泻手法，留针20min，每日一次，5日一疗程，治疗2个疗程，疗程之间休息2日，共计2周。

Select Anmian acupuncture intervention. Point location: in the middle of the line between Yifeng and Fengchi. In the middle of the Sternocleidomastoid muscle tendon, the deep part of the tendon consists of the clipper muscle, occipital artery and vein, and branches of the lesser occipital nerve and the greater auricular nerve. Manipulation: direct needling 1 inch, reinforcing and reducing manipulation, retaining needle for 20 minutes, once a day, 5 days as a course of treatment, 2 courses of treatment, 2 days rest between courses of treatment, total 2 weeks.

腧穴配伍治疗组：参照王启才主编《针灸治疗学》中肝气郁结型不寐的选穴及操作： 选穴：以百会、四神聪、内关、神门为主穴，加肝俞、太冲。操作方法：直刺1寸，行平补平泻手法，留针20min，每日一次，5日一疗程，治疗2个疗程，疗程之间休息2日，共计2周。

The acupoint matching treatment group: according to the selection and operation of insomnia with stagnation of liver-qi in acupuncture and moxibustion therapy edited by Wang Qicai, the selection points are Baihui, sishencong, Neiguan and Shenmen, add Liver Shu, too blunt. Manipulation: direct needling 1 inch, reinforcing and reducing manipulation, retaining needle for 20 minutes, once a day, 5 days as a course of treatment, 2 courses of treatment, 2 days rest between courses of treatment, total 2 weeks.
