研究目的：

1. 建立中国首个女性乳腺癌筛查动态队列； 2. 评估和比较不同筛查技术（二维超声、三维超声和乳腺X线检查）在乳腺癌筛查中的表现； 3、探索中低收入地区最适宜的乳腺癌筛查策略。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Build up the first dynamic breast cancer screening cohort in China. 2. Evaluate and compare screening performance of 2D-US, 3D-US and mammography. 3. Exploring the most appropriate breast cancer screening strategy in low-income and middle-income areas.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.35-64 岁适龄妇女；
2.签署知情同意书(ICF)；
3.在当地社区居住 6 个月及以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women between 35 and 64 years old.
2. Women who signed Informed Consent Form (ICF).
3. Having lived for more than 6 months in their local community.

排除标准：

1.怀孕、哺乳期妇女或计划怀孕；
2.经历过乳房肿瘤切除术、对侧乳房切除术、隆胸手术或近 12 个月内经皮活检；
3.12 个月内诊断或治疗过肿瘤；
4.虽有可疑体征但无影像学检查指征。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant, breast feeding or planning to become pregnant.
2. History of lumpectomy, contralateral mastectomy, breast augmentation surgical or percutaneous biopsy in the last 12 months.
3. Diagnosis or treatment for cancer in the last 12 months.
4. Suspicious signs of breast cancer without indication of breast imaging exams.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1、数据采集：本研究数据来自筛查过程中每位受试者的病例记录表，其中包括个人基本信息、乳腺癌相关危险因素信息、临床乳腺检查信息、二维超声信息、三维超声信息、乳腺X线检查信息（仅45-64岁女性有）等； 2、数据管理：纸质资料存放于指定位置并配锁，钥匙由现场负责人与数据管理员保管；电子资料录入EpiData电子数据库，进行保存核查与整理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data collection: The data of this study come from the case record form of each subject, which includes basic personal information, breast cancer-related risk factors information, clinical breast examination information, 2D ultrasound information, 3D ultrasound information, mammography information (only for women aged 45-64), and biopsy information, etc. 2. Data management: paper data are stored in designated locations with locks, and the site manager and data manager keep the keys; electronic data are entered into EpiData electronic database for preservation, verification, and arrangement.
