研究目的：

（1）建设辅助生殖人群亲子队列，构建**市首个辅助生殖亲子队列数据，为制定可在基层推广的子代随访和关注策略提供依据。 （2）绘制辅助生殖和自然受孕儿童的生长轨迹图和AR时相，对比AP和AR特征与受孕方式选择的关联，探索风险因素，为干预提供理论支持。 （3）综合辅助生殖亲子队列数据分析，构建预测模型，探索其子代个体化、全过程的精准可复制的高危管理方案。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Construct a parent-child queue for assisted reproductive population, and construct the first assisted reproductive parent-child queue data in * * city, providing a basis for formulating follow-up and attention strategies for offspring that can be promoted at the grassroots level. (2) Draw growth trajectory maps and AR phases of children undergoing assisted reproduction and natural conception, compare the correlation between AP and AR characteristics and conception mode selection, explore risk factors, and provide theoretical support for intervention. (3) Comprehensive analysis of parent-child queue data in assisted reproductive technology, construction of predictive models, and exploration of individualized, precise and replicable high-risk management plans for offspring throughout the entire process.

纳入标准：

1.本次受孕方式是辅助生殖且过程信息齐全；
2.母亲是常住居民；
3.沟通无障碍且知情同意后自愿配合。；

Inclusion criteria

1.The current conception method is assisted reproduction and the process information is complete; 2.Mother is a permanent resident; 3.Voluntary cooperation after communication is accessible and informed consent is obtained.

排除标准：

1.孕前即患有糖尿病/糖耐量异常和/或高血压及其他心血管疾病；；
2.患有肾脏疾病、自身免疫性疾病、神经系统疾病、肿瘤、精神性疾病和艾滋梅毒乙肝等传染性疾病；；
3.研究中途搬离*市立即退出本周期队列随访。；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Having diabetes/impaired glucose tolerance and/or hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases before pregnancy; 2.Having kidney disease, autoimmune disease, nervous system disease, tumor, mental disease, AIDS, syphilis, hepatitis B and other infectious diseases; 3.Move out of * city midway through the study and immediately withdraw from the queue for follow-up in this cycle.
