研究目的:

1.明确OSAS相关性高血压与普通高血压患者的蛋白质组及代谢组差异,寻找OSAS导致高血压的关键分子机制; 2.通过人工智能(AI)技术,以海量数据训练建立OSAS相关性高血压患者的精准治疗模型,来早期快速诊断OSAS并精准预测OSAS相关性高血压患者的发病风险,及时制定合理的治疗方案,控制血压,进一步减少心脑血管并发症。  

Objectives of Study:

1.To clarify the difference of proteome and metabolome between OSAS-associated hypertension and ordinary hypertension, and to search for the key molecular mechanism of OSAS-induced hypertension; 2.Through artificial intelligence (AI) technology, a precise treatment model for OSAS-related hypertension patients is established with massive data training, so as to quickly diagnose OSAS early and accurately predict the risk of OSAS-related hypertension patients, timely formulate reasonable treatment plans, control blood pressure, and further reduce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications.

纳入标准:

纳入标准: (1)年龄≥18岁,受教育≥7年; (2)无听力理解障碍,可耐受多导睡眠监测等检查; (3)自愿参加本研究,患者及家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age ≥18 years, education ≥7 years; (2) No hearing comprehension disorder, can tolerate polysomnosis monitoring and other tests; (3) To participate in this study voluntarily, patients and their families sign informed consent.

排除标准:

排除标准: (1)通过PSG排除中枢性呼吸睡眠暂停、合并发作性睡病、不宁腿综合征等其他睡眠异常性疾病; (2)继发性高血压,合并严重肝肾功能不全等严重躯体疾病; (3)4周内使用镇静、抗精神疾病药物; (4)不能配合完成多导睡眠监测等检查

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria: (1) PSG was used to exclude other sleep disorders such as central apnea, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, etc.; (2) Secondary hypertension, combined with severe liver and kidney insufficiency and other serious physical diseases; (3) Use sedative and antipsychotic drugs within 4 weeks; (4) Can not cooperate with the completion of polysomnia monitoring and other tests
