研究目的：

探究阿尔茨海默病患者眼底神经血管结构多模态影像学改变与脑部影像学多模态特征的相关性，创建预测模型，进而为此类患者的预防、检测和评估提供新的临床指导。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigating the correlation between multimodal imaging changes in the neurovascular structure of the fundus and multimodal imaging features in the brain of patients with Alzheimer's disease, creating a predictive model, and providing new clinical guidance for the prevention, detection, and assessment of such patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在50-80岁； （2）所有AD患者符合中国阿尔茨海默病痴呆诊疗指南（2020年版）； （3）能够配合完成病史采集、认知评估、眼底检查及脑部多模态影像学检查的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged between 50 and 80 years. (2) All AD patients meet the Chinese Alzheimer's Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2020 edition). (3) Patients who can cooperate to complete the collection of medical history, cognitive assessment, fundus examination, and multimodal imaging examination of the brain.

排除标准：

（1）眼部疾病史的患者如高度近视、黄斑变性、青光眼、白内障、假性剥脱综合征、视神经疾患、角膜瘢痕、严重的屈光间质混浊等； （2）其他原因引起的认知功能障碍（如额颞叶痴呆、路易体痴呆、脑外伤性痴呆、颅内感染、中毒、颅内占位性病变、内分泌系统病变或其他任何原因引起的认知障碍）； （3）已知会干扰视网膜神经血管结构及功能的神经系统或全身慢性疾病（例如，多发性硬化症、帕金森病、糖尿病、类风湿性关节炎、结节病、克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎、严重肝肾、心血管或代谢疾病等）； （4）有磁共振检查的禁忌症，如安装有心脏起搏器， 幽闭恐惧症等； （5）严重的认知障碍或不可纠正的视听障碍导致个人无法配合眼底或磁共振检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a history of ocular diseases such as high myopia, macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, pseudopapilledema syndrome, optic nerve disorders, corneal scars, severe corneal opacities, etc. (2) Cognitive impairment caused by other reasons, such as frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body dementia, dementia due to traumatic brain injury, intracranial infections, intoxication, intracranial space-occupying lesions, endocrine system disorders, or any other cause of cognitive impairment. (3) Known neurologic or systemic chronic diseases that interfere with the neurovascular structure and function of the retina, such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, severe liver or kidney diseases, cardiovascular or metabolic disorders, etc. (4) Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), such as having a cardiac pacemaker, claustrophobia, etc. (5) Patients with severe cognitive impairment or irreparable visual or hearing impairments who are unable to cooperate with fundus or MRI examinations.
