研究目的：

本研究将针对乳腺癌改良根治术后身体心象改变和社交距离调节异常的问题，探索切实可行的康复方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will explore a feasible rehabilitation program for the disorder of body imagine and abnormal adjustment of social distance after modified radical surgery for breast cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次实施乳腺癌改良根治术的女性乳腺癌患者；；
2.18岁＜年龄≤45 岁；；
3.既往无精神类疾病，未进行任何心理治疗；；
4.神清合作者；；
5.签署知情同意书。；

Inclusion criteria

1.Female patients with breast cancer undergoing modified radical mastectomy for the first time；;
2.18 years 3.No previous mental illness, no psychological treatment received；;
4.With clear consciousness and able to cooperate with this study；;
5.Agree to participate voluntarily and who sign the informed consent form.;

排除标准：

1.伴有内科疾病或外伤引起面部损伤、肢体缺失或其他影响形体或面部容貌疾病；；
2.临床乳腺癌复发或转移；；
3.病情不稳定或病情危重；；
4.合并有生殖系统疾病；；
5.合并有严重的心、肝、肺、肾等器官的疾病；；
6.合并有其他恶性肿瘤。；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Accompanied by internal medicine diseases or trauma causing facial injuries, limb loss, or other diseases that affect physical or facial appearance;;
2.Clinical breast cancer recurrence or metastasis;;
3.Critically ill patients who are in unstable condition;;
4.Combined with reproductive system diseases;;
5.Combined with severe diseases of important organs such as heart, liver, lung, and kidney;;
6.Combined with other malignant tumors.;
